Actually, in the current version of the game the breeder can get pregnant after surprise sex only when it's "consensual" (i.e. when you initiate it by choosing that option in the pop-up menu).
Yet it never happens when the breeder gets taken by surprise ("raped").

Adding underground tentacles in game was terrible mistake. It ruins my fun running while followed by 10 horny cats. Here is not too many space now, so sometimes "party members" got raped by these things and it totally ruins my mood... :-D
Well, It was not complettely joke. Female / futa characters get raped by it, female / futa nephelyms are the same. You are looking to one you like to have for breed and before you make your way to that one, it's already used by this thing.

You switch them off by finding Sloth, you'll find her underground by crossing the small islands in the lava just before where you find the goblins.

, i hope than in the future the female MC can get pregnant when the futa or male rape your MC and i hope see more animations of surprise sex,if possible unique animations for each race to make it more exciting as I don't like the consensual one.Can get pregnant your MC for fuck with a NPC should be in game too.

It is also possible to switch on again, so you can toggle off an on like you want..
btw it seems to be a bit quiet atm about BOTN?
I am pretty sure you can turn it on and off whenever you want, once you talk to NPC controlling them.
If you are unsure, save just before you go talk to her and if it turns out that you can't turn it back on, then reload that save and decide whether you want to deal with the tentacles or not.
