The last time any sexual content was added was on Sep. 11, 2022 when you could have sex with Pride in person. Since then it's been nothing but UI tweaks, re-balances, and overhauls, because that's the only thing the dev can do and it's the easiest excuse for why he has shit to show for updates. He's now trying to get everything working in a gallery feature which likely signals an end to this charade with nothing left to do but repackage everything that's already been made.

Is there a way to change your gender? If not ingame then mayber via a console command or editing my save?
Gender only can be picked before start a game, with console arent a choice even with creator mode, i tried aswell edit a preset or savegame and when loaded the game that files were like not exists so... i dont think :unsure:, the only that you can change a gender is in game and just the breeder or spirit appearance.

In case feels lazy to start since 0 or whatever, i added saves for v0.761.52 (female, futa and male)

I've just started a new game after testing for a while and in this new game Monarch isn't at her usual place. I checked the daily toy too. Did I miss something or is that a bug?

for Monarch it depend which location you open first, if you open Pleasure Pasture first, walk down the pillar and she will be there

if you open Virgin Breaks first, find the slope, once you found it, she's down there

I fully recommend open Pleasure Pasture first for not get locked or not forced to bad end with the giant slime

You won't find traits in the online editor. I'm using a hex file editor, HxD (any will do, this was the first one I found).
Editing like that might feel intimidating at first, but it's still somewhat easy - BotN saves are a jumbled mix of strings and hex values.

Each creature, including the breeder, is roughly 27KB in size, or a little less than 7k in offset (the values in the left column). Data begins with the character's name, and ends with stats and traits. The order of the creatures is the same as in the game, so if you want to edit the breeder, just search for the first monster's name and scroll up slightly.

Traits are listed as strings in a container, GameplayTagContainer. They consist of the string length in a hex byte increased by one, three zeroes, the string itself, and an ending zero.

The selected trait is 21 characters long, and counting the zero that marks the end of a string, it gives 22, which translates to 16 in hex (1*16 + 6).
Order of traits doesn't matter, but it's the safest to insert them between other traits.
After you are done modifying the traits, you need to change the container count as well - in the middle of that long dotted line, there'll be a number corresponding to how many traits the creature has. Don't forget to change that as well, or it may break the save, ignore some of the traits, or crash the game on load.

Warning, some of the traits don't have immediate impact on the character, or have additional tinkering involved with them.
For example, biggus dickus will work as intended, but adding the boobage trait will have no effect whatsoever. But since you have the trait, you can then breed that monster, and the offspring generated with it will have them working properly. I think stat-changing traits don't work immediately as well. Additionally, the gaudy trait involves a gaudy tag somewhere in the middle of the creature's data. I didn't catch enough fancy monstrosities to figure out how it works yet.

I am using Save editor made by CoDkid2006 which can be found on github.

However when i apply changes, i don't see any wild nephelyms spawning after the change(i know the editor is very old but i just want to add traits and stats to the breeder).

I even tried using hex editor and the only thing I can change is stats. If I try to add traits even though i followed instructions from older comment on it, i get this which crashes on opening:

download BOTN Tool and use it, you can add any traits to your breeder, or your current caught nephelyms, I'm not sure if it can work on the wild one, I can't remember if I tried to use it for wild one too

The BotN Tools editor has been updated to be compatible with game version 0.761. The author warned that he did not test it enough due to lack of time, there may be bugs. Make a backup of your save files before making changes.

I managed to modify some Nephelym information using hex edit (race, gender, traits) thanks to a useful comments that some people posted here some time ago. I wasn't too keen on downloading and executing BOTNTools because of the virus flag (even if it might very well be a false positive), so I decided to make my own simple tool for editing save files.

You can browse through your list of Nephelyms (including the breeder) and modify their race, gender and traits.

I made this tool in Python, so I provide the python script files for people that don't want to execute random exe files on the internet or prefer to use the scripts themselves. You'll need to execute botn_m.py using a relatively moden version of Python. For people who don't care, I also provide the tool compiled into a single .exe which doesn't need Python or any other dependency.

For the sake of completeness, I will briefly describe how to edit files using this tool. You'll first see the following UI when starting the application:

Go to "File->open save" and select the save you want to edit. After the tool has finished processing the save, it will display the list of Nephelyms. By selecting them, you can see their information in the respective fields. You can see my save as en example:

Note: you can see that I have some random Nephelym with the human breeder class. This is because I was previously messing around with the save files. Fun fact, you can actually swap almost all races to the human breeder class (except Mares for some reason), some of them looking better than others.

Traits are displayed in the big text field, one line per trait in save order. If we want to modify this Nephelym, we need to click "Modify". After that, we can edit anything but the name of the Nephelym. Before we can actually write to the save file, we need to press "Verify". This transforms any understandable keywords into the respective strings that the game recognizes (e.g. hominal is converted to Trait.Form.Hominal) and performs checks so that no erroneus information is written into the save. In my case, I modified the previous Nephelym with the following data:

After that, we can click "Apply changes" and it will overwrite the opened save file with the following modifications. By default, the tool will perform backups of save files every 2h (meaning it will perform a backup if it detects that the last backup was done over 2h ago), but you can disable/change the time interval in "File->Options".

Note that while traits are generally pretty safe to modify and tweak, modifying gender and sometimes the race of some Nephelyms might result in crashes due to some incompatiblity of the shape and model data. For example, I have observed that changing Futa to Female and viceversa is generally safe (since they are basically identical other than the penis), but changing to Male just doesn't work. Additionally, changing the MC to a big size can be problematic when performing wild sex, as the game gets stuck in the interaction (but strangely enough it seems okay during breeding sessions?).

Finally, while I tried to make the tool as robust as possible, note that it is something that I coded in a week during my spare time. I suggest you make your own backups before starting to edit in case something unexpected happens in the long run.

There may be a possibility of false positive but, why would they flag the exe as malware despite being simple save editor that changes hex in the save file ?
