The dev hates you and mocks you for not liking only the dev's fetishes. In game there is even references to any requests they get that they dislike.
As such I sorta think they will keep a hard line on these sorta things.
NGL this should be reason enough to drop the game entirely. One thing is that you may have some kinks and that the dev/devs have others, which keeps the game in a far different way than how the player base could wish for, such as the devs of an annoying game like Tales of Androgyny (in which it always forces the player, one way or another, to be a cumdump that's only there to be raped in the most unwilling ways possible) but at least the devs of that thing don't actively mock you to attempt to go against the current and play differently. Sure, the meat (no pun intended) of things might be 200% focused on being the raped bottom instead of the giving top but at least you can have some fun both ways. Here however, by doing so, it gets you to be taunted and here's the thing, what the game offers gets old really fukin quickly.
Frankly the only "unique" thing this game has is the whole "breeding to generate unique offsprings" system, and even that at times doesn't feel that reliable, since for example you can get a chubby neph from two parents that happen to be skinnier than a damn chopstick. So at the very thing BotN should excell at, it feels like you have a much better time using a game like Palworld for genetics simulation than this, and let's be real here.... At least in the latter there's a utility to get whatever creature you might get while here.... You have save wipes.
