Sorry if this has been brought up before, but anyone else have issues with the jiggle physics? It's way too sensitive no matter what setting I put it on. I don't think the settings work right. Anyway to fix this?

:ROFLMAO: I can't fix it! LOL

Yeah, it gets a bit silly on max speed, best works on middle settings (heart at the top of the screen is speed scale). Perhaps lowering jiggle in the character creation (effects tab) will fix it for the max speed?

Oh! there's a "speed" setting? I'm not sure where that heart is that you're talking about.
I'm messing with the phsyics sliders again, and now I've successfully turned them off. but I noticed that when I adjust the body settings ( like when I adjust the fat skinny or muscle settings ) I can't actually go back to the normal settings. Even when I click on normal, the sliders are showing the wrong ones. That must have been what was tripping me up. There's definitely some kind of bug.

in your video slider at the top: 1754068796431.png move heart to the middle and it will slow down the animation

Oh! That speed setting! My bad, I forgot about that. I thought you meant some kind of physics calculation speed.

I think I managed to fix it now knowing what the actual issue is.
I guess for anyone reading this, make sure you set the base body physics settings first before you adjust the fat/slim/muscle settings. They all have different physics sliders and for some reason, you can't go back to the normal settings.
I set all my sliders at 250 and that looks a lot more reasonable.

I've had this problem after loading in a custom premade body from previous versions.

I had to load in a vanilla body and sculpt it from there.

Yeah it seems to be bugged. As I mentioned above, I'm pretty sure you get locked out of the normal state settings when you select the fat state, slim state, or muscle state. Even when you go back to the normal state, I don't think you're actually seeing the settings for the normal state.

Pixeldrain seems fine for me, if that isn't available for you you could try steam version, it's only a bit outdated - v0.761.7

Keep in mind you can report broken/problematic links to have them fixed.

Yes it works in the same way as before, been like that since the beginning, with no changes at all.
Seems you get sterile breeds this way though. It's really annoying and I'd like to find a way to get rid of that. I saw a post that uses cheat engine, but that didn't seem to work for me.

BOTN TOOLS

To update the Trait list, you must edit the lists.json file in the Botn Tools Core folder. As shown in the image.
Looks easy enough.
Thanks

EDIT: Single edit works but Batch edit does not.
If i try to batch edit even just one trait, game crashes if i look at stats ingame

I was just testing this. The crash happens randomly, and I can't pinpoint the cause. I've added and removed traits several times. One of the changes caused the crash. So I repeated what I had done, and there was no crash. I did this with all the changes that caused the crash, and none of them caused the crash again. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Looking at some of the previous pages here, these crashes have already occurred in previous versions of the game. For now, the best option is to always keep a backup.

Today there was a 176.4 MB game update on Steam. The game version remains the same 0.761.12. The changes, apparently, are as follows:
* Fixed: .pbd files added to Steam installation directory.
(Originally, debug symbols were generated for Unreal's crash report handler. These act as names for functions and variables, mapped to their corresponding memory addresses. With them, it's easier to pinpoint the exact function that caused a crash. However, the .pdb files were not included in the Steam installation directory, which meant users' crash reports lacked symbol data. This has now been fixed, making it easier to identify the cause of crashes going forward.)
