Yeah, I feel you, one of the many reasons I'm thinking if dropping this game is how unsatisfying the gameplay loop feels unless you cheat the crap out of the gameplays, but still, even on that regard, other games manage to do the same thing far better.

The dev of this one is a fan of Soulslikes who seem to not play anything else but that so that should tell you something XD

How do we send this message on patreon, without supporting him?
I don't care about getting banned off his page if it means saying even one paragraph of ire and ilk.

He's like Neymar, got rich and its not giving a fuck about his job anymore. Thing is, ppl need to stop giving away money, its not exclusive from this game. I have been seeing alot of similar cases these times. We need to stop supporting these mf so they get back to work. And start to support new projects that deserve attention and projects that are being developed

Couldn't said it better myself! It's what I'm doing recently. Giving the best support I can to the games and projects I like while cutting ties with rotten ones. Also started some smol projects of my own. But they're still too green to even mention XD

Here's wat I got so far, just extract, find "OBF" folder, drag/cut -n- paste* 2 game's folder, when prompt with merge press OK/YES, and enjoy a few mar Foxen fluffs. :3

With the removal of the world level, there is no longer any purpose in releasing the nephelym into the wild, correct? What increases their stats are essences, right?

I mean, that is true. But this one is canonically small, canonically angry, canonically.....well, fanart makes her cute she's actually more on the pretty side.....BUT she can dual wield hammers and swords twice her size (granted it's just for memes and is perhaps one of the worst ways to use her)

Nope really, you can use the camera controls and adjusting the zoom (is the most closer), but nothing more, dev only care the things let him earn money just keeping same game and just focus in the sex toys that connect with the game so

Need to take the nephelyms with the correct ranks to the Angel to force an increase of quality for the type brought in.
Likewise, the Angel (I can't remember her name) also takes nephelyms to ascension, which earns you ascension currency.

Releasing to the wild is just a quick way to get rid of unwanted nephs for the time being.

Same. I used to support derelict when this game was really progressing and we were getting good meaty monthly updates but not anymore. I think he put out this lip service update because he lost five hundred patreons in the last two months and each month it is dropping more and more.

I am putting my attentions onto games that might be worth some pennies of support. Like this little gem that has popped up out of nowhere. A couple of ambitious people are going for a full blown 3d quasi pokemon game.

do you know other similar games? I liked the sense of freedom that Nephelym Breeders gave but this game is now dead and the developer is taking the piss out of us... guys wake up and stop supporting this game

There aren't many that are on the same par as BOTN, even if the game has ground to halt in development, it is probably the best we got at the moment. There are or were other projects that were just as ambitious. Fipetopia caught my eye because I am impressed with what's been done so far at an early stage.

Another one is Sapphire Safari which has been progressing very well and has some good, talented and dedicated developers behind it. It has progressed insanely well since the start of development. Mating Season was a good starter I was paying attention to, but it seems development on that is well and truely buried.

Other than that there isn't much else I would consider similar, aside from cloud meadow or breeding farm if you're not too fussed about pixel art.
