The dev has his fetishes, as does every person, and he makes a game fitting those fetishes. There is nothing wrong with that.

As for the mods to add males or balls, I obviously can't speak for him, but he says mod support is planned for 1.0 and it could just be he doesn't wany any mods till then. I don't condone him actively going after modders, both before and possibly after the 1.0 release, but whether he tries to do so, justified or not, is up to him.

Finding males not appealing while having a cum and futa fetish does not mean he hates males or is homophobic. From what I know, it is his own game, that he is developing by himself at the moment, so it's up to him whether he focuses on what he likes or adds things he's not interested in half-heartedly.

There's obviously many people thinking the game is good, or at least good enough to support judging by his discord and patreon. Having m/m content or more male npcs does not the make game good, just like not having m/m and few males also doesn't make the game good.

Yeah but there's a very real chance that we'll all die of old age before 1.0 ever releases.
I think he's very succinctly aware that if people figured out how to mod the game then he'd actually have to work for his money as people wouldn't care about the official updates. The easiest way to succeed over your competitors in a closed market is to forbid their existence.

As for his fetishes, he's free to create a game that caters to his own desires. Artistic freedom and what-not, there's nothing wrong with that, but that's where the modding scene should pick up the pace if he didn't shut any attempts down out of monetary dread.

There's quite a few Patreon games that don't have modding tools built into the game. While I see the monetary reasons to not allow such access, I can also believe the creator simply wants the pleasure of being the exclusive developer for the game.

Sure, but I think there's a stark difference between games not having mods and actively shutting them down.
Being an "exclusive developer" is a bad excuse in my opinion. He'll still be the exclusive developer of his game, but there will be mods out of his grasp as it is with literally every moddable game under the sun.
But I have to admit that you're right, this reason for being in absolute control is also a possibility.
So either the dev is a complete control freak and his reasons are irrational or he doesn't want mods to out-compete him.

But a few lines down he says he couldn't add gay male sex due to a coding skill issue. Ignoring the fact he slapped dangs on females, and has female players able to use male parts just fine. He claims in another screenshot that he would add more males but, I dont think this was or ever has actually happened. The guy has a weird fetish and seems hyper focused on it. Instead of making this game good.

At this point its been 6 years. The game should have been out of beta so long ago.

As far as I'm aware, the dev is a solo dev. Which means everything is getting done solo. By them. Alone.

That's a lot of work to get done.

In all honesty, taking 6 years to get to where it is now is pretty reasonable if you ask me. Also, before it gets brought up, whether or not the dev wants other people working on the game is their choice. Some people make adult games in their spare time for fun, and don't want to deal with the headache of managing a dev team outside of whatever day job they might have. And that's ok.

If you don't like that, or you don't like what is or isn't in the game. That's ok too! You don't have to play it, pay the dev any money, or anything. You can go to another game that suits you more. Not everyone is going to like everything, and it's ok to not like or enjoy something if its not for you. But ngl, posting about how the solo dev totally has a hyper specific fetish, and how its totally ruining the game seems... A little excessive to me. If you really think that, then that's ok, just walk away and find something else you prefer. Just seems weird to be going off and ranting like that here.

I mean, the dev has chosen their direction. Recoding large swathes of it to marginally expand their fanbase does not seem like a winning ticket, especially with updates rolling in very slowly already. Concentrating on the way forward makes more sense.
Some time ago I played Liliths Throne, and I really liked it. But the Dev went all in on niche fetishes like armpits all of the time, almost completely ignoring the larger picture in favor of adding some new fetishes. Just like every other thread has people constantly popping up asking for pregnancy or NTR...

There is even in-game dialog hating balls on futas. If you are looking for either of those two things, this game almost certainly won't be that. Most of the 'latest' monsters don't even have male variants. There are 0 male npcs.

But. Don't you want to be male yourself? I am under the misconception that you may or may not want to be a futa or female, so I'm only trying to go with the educated guess of this is going the route of you
playing as a male.

You can be male, shut off all the males.
Suddenly you are the only male, I assume this is the way you play yes?
Well... The problem here is, there are not very many males to choose from.
For you, the player character. Not to sex with.
What if you wanted to be a neko? Well... That's a bit of a problem, because there are no males for nekos.
It's like this for a lot of things.

TL;DR, the variety of males are limited. Male players are stuck to a small number they can be.

Because human men want their characters to look like human men and breed monster girls? Human guys are also just better.

The game IS good or rather WAS for the average straight porn enjoyer. It is an awesome sandbox and I really really loved the breeding aspect. I put an unhealthy amount of hours into this game back then.

Catch and mix breeds, going for certain traits, discovering hybrids, unlocking quests and NPCs. It even got some faps out of me so that I decided years back that I throwed some monetary support to the dev.

However with the decision a few years back not to implement new male variants anymore and go all in with futa content the dev lost me as a customer completely. I just don't like futa content at all and going forward only having female or futa variants of new breeds is boring as fuck. As it already was, not every race needs a male variant. I am fine with that but never put any males in again for a few new races?

There are already some hybrids you can only get by breeding a futa with a female variant. Why?

I don't need or like M/M content. It never fit in a breeding game anyway. I just need classic M/F content to enjoy my breeding fantasys. No one would have bat an eye if the dev kept males and straight content alongside their beloved futa content. It wouldn't have even needed an herculean additional work or code to be the reason.

The game even mocks you when you disable futa content at one point and reach certain scenes. That is always fun....

....anyway...

This game really shined bright but ever since the dev had multiple break downs and burned every bridge they had this game went to shit. Slow development, hyperfocus on futa content and weird hate all around.
