Chances are it may never happen.

Compared to how many Japanese games there are, getting uncensored is very rare.

If only the Japanese government would do away with the childish censorship they enforce on adult movies and games. It should be down to the individual not the state on what they can and cannot see. I know why they censor, but I still think its utterely stupid. This is 2021 not the 1700's! The Japanese people i've spoken to, also agree its time their government gave people the choice. whats the point of adult movies or adult games if the very thing they bought it for was / is censored?` each to their own I suppose.
