find 2 clues after you shot the stucked trash in the basement and in the trashbin in Shiori's dorm, then ask her the 3 question; who do you think the culprit; who do you think the innocent one and; how can you work here

How I can find it?

Go to the underground of the second building then into the sewer. To the right there is an open passage. Click multiple time then you will enter. The last "Others" is found during that secret.

How I can find it?

Get to second building, go to boiler room, go to manhole, go to the right from your perspective, there's gonna be a tunnel with no bars blocking it. Click on it multiple times for Nero to finally convince herself to go in.

Noe Dua is the culprit.

To unlock Nero's scene you must catch her, the culprit, and during the dialogue with Noe select correct choices.

This will cause a time skip and Reed and Nero get to meet 9 months later in the motel.

Honestly, I know it's a porn game but I really like Nero. It would be really nice if she helped redeem Brandon and they became a couple or something at the end of it all.

edit: figured it out for anyone with the same issue in the future, in the breakroom you have to look at the vending machine from it's front to interface with it and I was too impatient to read lol
