I am thinking that the Dev knows as much about a hotel as the MC does which the mc is 100% clueless about the hotel.
They said that there is 1 elevator and stairs. Here is the catch the elevator is for staff only. I know very few people that would walk up 1 floor or more of stairs to get to their rooms.
Why is the 3rd floor where the offices is ? That all should be on the 1st floor. The reason is for every office that is on the 3rd floor is a lost room that could be rented out and that is a lost of income. All offices, Restaurants, Gyms, etc should always be on the 1st floor. Floors 2 and up should only be for guest rooms.

I like the game. I've never been a fan of hiding the MC's face tactic. Oh, well.
I was looking at the script's in the game and noticed there is no English translation script.
When you go into DEV mode, it shows Russian.
I'm not a renpy expert, but this makes it hard to correct dialogue in case of poor syntax.
This game has good understandable dialogue.

If this is their attempt at getting their Patreon to grow then I highly doubt it's going to work.

so the first part is correct, there should be more than 1 elevator. there should be a bank of 2/4 elevators near the registration desk and a separate staff elevator for maid service and room service personnel. (also strange is that the elevator has -1 through 3rd floors in one column and 3rd through 5th floors on the 2nd column) why are there two buttons for the 3rd floor?
as for the second part,
main level typically (but not always) has reception, spa, restaurant, gym, pool, and/or rooms for guests with special needs.
basement (or 1st/2nd floor for smaller hotels with no sub-structure) will have laundry, rooms for staff (locker rooms, cafeteria/break rooms), plus all mechanicals (heating, air, water heaters etc).
2nd and/or 3rd floor(s) will have administrative and security (depending on the size and function of the hotel, hotel/casinos and resort hotels have larger administrative needs so typically 3rd floor while 2nd floor is a buffet/ conference room floor or maybe even boutiques.)
so saying that everything should be on the first floor? just wrong, you have to know how the specific hotel was designed. there is no industry standard that has to have the manager's office behind the registration desk. I have been to hotels where the gym, spa and pool are on the 2nd floor.
i guess if you stay with the same hotel chain you get the same set-up. cheap common chains will have the same set-up so if management has to change locations thing will be similar for them.

Great start but the MC is too submissive to my taste, and it's missing the "Female domination" tag because most of them are quite aggressive. In the office with dumb-Cathy I really really wished there was an option to tell her: "shut up bitch! Respect your boss or get the fuck out of here!".
