The whole thing works "out of the box." So no need to do anything other than download.
Deleting the old version is a good idea if you want to conserve disk space.

Could she be pregnant? I think if she gets pregnant she get's nausea.

Wild guess though, I've never let her get preggers so can't say for sure.

I don't think they have changed the finding the key in walkthrough, you have to complete the first concert with her, then walk in left side lane of Valerie house there a npc will give her the key which you can take to unlock the shelter

Return and look into the Street to the left: a waste bin … boom, some key. Go back to the right Street and test it.This action is at the first steps.It doesn't refer to first concert.

Sancho can be found in the alley after you found the key of the basement (A gift from a homeless left of your home)
Michael appears after 12 singing lessons, directly in the studio.

Does somebody know how to get this key from the homeless guy?

That's why I'm saying!!! They haven't updated it in the games walkthrough.
The method you mentioned was the old method. They changed it like 4-5 updates ago!
