To sell the recording studio equipment, go to the underground club and speak with the bartender.
If your charm/speaking skills are high enough, you can sell the equipment at the price wanted by the Singing Instructor. Otherwise, you will have to pay out of your pocket the $2,000.00 difference between with the bartender is willing to pay and the price that the singing instructor is willing to accept.

ok realised that one on my own.. But what I do not understand is to whom do I speak about ancestory..(You know, when you find passport of the Mum I think..)
Also how to do yoga with the Daughter, she said something like come here at 6 20.. and nothing happens

My friends! New update turned out great. I decided to fix the update cycle. All future versions will be released early in the month. And I decided to slightly change the rewards of patrons. Walkthrough will be available for $2+ patrons. $20+ patrons will receive more HD gaming images. So...
  • Penelope will suggest that Alex stay for an extra lesson. Animated scene is attached.
  • Continued webcam stories. Is it Alex's turn?
  • Play basketball with Rudo and his friends. And not only basketball...

Guys there is a renpy error when the sister calls, after the call is finished it gives you a renpy dump. ig you choose ignore you can never go back to the house. I treied changing languages but it also happens in both russian and german.
