Looks like I didn't notice Margie in the clothing store and cannot progress relations with her further, and therefore cannot help Fred with his gym, also cannot progress Penny realtions. What do I fix in the save file?

It should have already come out. A few months back the dev promised to start posting his updates near the beginning of the month, around the 10th, but that only held up for a couple of months until December when it was late. It look's like he missed his schedule again.

I am glad I keep the previous versions on my pc as I needed them to bypass some game breaking bugs.

Well I wasn't prepared for any kind of bug-infestation

Sadly only the patrons can communicate their disdain, but I'm guessing they don't want to push for fear of scaring off developers, which I understand. I want to continue liking the game, but bugs added to disjointed story make that hard.
