I have same Problems... please help
At first, you must see the picture of Barbara at Smartbucks, you enter and discuss with her.
Some days later, you see in your walkthrough (Left of the screen) that you need to go to Smartbucks to see Barbara.
You go to the shop, she's not here, but Kevin says she as forgotten her phone and gave it to you.
Then, you go to the hospital to meet Barbara.

I just took a look from time to time while going to work at the casino, and one day I saw her icon at SmartBucks
On my Save, it was a monday (20/09/2018) at 13h40

Are you using a mac, or android? Maybe a non qwerty keyboard? Is caps lock on?but the cheat doesn't work for me
wait for michael at 13:00.... can we have a little hint? it's two updates I am stuck there! spent like 3 weeks skipping time at home and michael never show.. start to get annoyed

Ok, it worked, I mean, I've tried before but I did not remembered I ha to wear the revealing outfit at midnight; I was just standing in front of her door with nothing to do... well nevermind that

thank you for your answer, I can ignore it for sure but I don't have any active quest in this update, just the cloth shop and Barbara quest, missing all the others

Your cheat on windows is only working on excitement and rain. the money mod is not working and the food is not.

I just tested it, and everything works just fine. The food icon doesn't go away until you change locations, and actually eating resets the food timer so you have to use the cheat again. The money also works, just make sure you're using the right keys. No holding shift, and make sure caps lock is off.

I don't know if the cheats work with the new version.
Better wait for an update of the cheat mod.

I'm going to say this one last time. The cheat mod works absolutely, unequivocally fine on the newest version, and will most likely work on every version of the game, provided it is installed correctly. I just re-downloaded the game AND mod. It works.

Traumwelt, no nevermind, happens to me all the time when I write first in German/Spanish then in english, but that is just a single Mod, and he is doing just his JoB

Wish you also a beautiful winter solstice too. We had made today 17:00 campfire in the garden and there was suckling pig. Here it is now 21:40 in the evening and my friends are home because they have to work tomorrow. The picture of the sailors I had from the Internet.
