As far as i can recall the Second one should be activated when you are at home (Barbara's house) after 21:00 and maybe it's need to be at the weekend as well? if that's not the case then it's possible that your quest log bugged away and showing you the wrong entry and the actual quest is something else... (just like Ruby's case)
The first one might have some time requirement like before 13:00 or something.

If you used vocal cheat mod it will not trigger, the same with meet Valerie boyfriend weekend at 23:00 hrs

so basically even in my new unmodded version it won't work anymore and i bricked my game?
i used the cheat mod on the op



EDIT: thank you. i finally fixed it. i reversed any changes i made in the old version and the quest started.

for me it worked that i loaded the game from the previous modded version, decreased all the band related stats (voice etc) to 1 or 2 and loaded that save in the latest version. then falsetto get the questmarker

just follow the main story and do "quests" for the girls until you meet paris. she'll introduce you to the red light district and whoring

Formally, the project is completed. There will be new updates, but these are purely cosmetic edits and bugfixes. But the main plot is complete.
