you can choose the random npc sex ratio even 0% males, and species type too any time you want. just explore the personal menu (me?) (the only ones you cant change are the main quest ones
I've done all the talk options with Eliza Quinn but no option to ask about being her research assistant pops up. Do I have to go through the drug trials fully for this?
You can get a shower upgrade for the lab that lets you watch your body and recover all the fluids on it, so have fun with some female npcs and take shower at the lab.
As you progress to Eliza's quest you can bring your slaves to the lab. She will let you now when she is open for the slaves. Go to your cell, slaves, choose one, leash and then take the slave to Eliza's desk. To unlock slaves you will need to do Socket's quest until she unlocks upgrades to your cell. I don't know how trained your slaves need to be, but training them can take some time. Train just one slave normally just if you haven't already, otherwise just use the debug menu to save you some time.

Use a condom on npcs. Assuming you have sufficient cum lover exp you can nearly guarantee that every encounter can yield you a portion of babby batter. Until you get enough exp your ass and pussy make for acceptable semen receptacle. Both methods require transferring the fluids to a bottle (purchasable at the medical floor's vending machine) and using your orfices require toilet to collect your bounty.
Give a girl cunnilingus and let her spray on your face. Then use a bottle to collect some fluid from your skin. This is incredibly time inefficient, but it should last you until you get more upgrades such as the shower. Don't worry about contaminants as these will be separrated then either colected or disccarted depending on the fluid and the tank's capacity.
Now for my problem. Where the hell are the mark 2 pumps. Please don't tell me they're now locked behind lab upgrades. It's bad enough that progression through that questline is heavily reliant on rng where you can spend a whole in game month terrorising the prison and only find a single pill.
EDIT: Hotfixes added guaranteed strange pills from surrendered NPCs and bounties.

Doesn't that just influence if certain genders interact with you? So if you spawn in and every character is male and you turn off male gender ratio. They won't interact with you???

Link works in Discord itself I just checked, just add server manually and input the link.
It affects spawn rates too. If there's already males spawned, you'll need to go to encounters and characters to "forget" them so they don't come back.

Did anyone ever figure this one out? accidentally made my character level 14,000+ and now every NPC and Guard have thousands in each stat making combat essentially impossible.

I found it. In settings, under 'Sandbox,' you can change accelerated pawn auto-leveling. You can even just shut off their ability to level
There are 3 new sex poses , tho i cant trigger the one against the wall nor floor .
Also some unused animations ? There is an animation for fucking someone in the vents and showers
