Honestly, it doesn't really matter if the story gets rewritten because the demo wasn't long enough to show anything from a potential story anyway.

That is true, in the original script episode 1 was gonna be short and a few others too. But I’m gonna add more scenes so you guys get more play time and hopefully enjoy the story too
Good news is that I’m the artist and I didn’t leave the game and I also have a lot of support from other devs and I’ve got imagination of my own
I’ll always speak the truth, lying just will hurt me really. Just wish me luck buddynice at least honest dev....better than one "unnamed" dev, who killed his parents, than almost kill GF, start fundraiser to get money for this expences and delayed his two games for months

Don’t worry I’ll start working again around 11-12 August on the game and I’ll continue working on it. I have no intention to stop working unless my mental health gets a lot worse than it already is

That is still canon don't worry. Episode 2 is getting rewritten and all of the above, i'm still working on episode 1 script.From what I've read that the script is getting redesigned, it's not worth keeping the demo, right?
Then I create some space on the hard drive and wait anxiously for the v0.1.
