*buy a share*
*sell the share*
free 15k profit
pretty sure this is a bug, since this happens in the same day. Also, you can do this to multiple companies, so you can get huge capital early.
edit: only works with the positive daily gain companies. Also works with 10/100 share buys, as long as it counts as 1 transaction.
edit 2: This only works once unfortunately. Tried it again on the next day and this doesn't happen anymore.

I can't recruit new girls because I can't do evolution, and I can't do evolution because I need: 5 C rank girls, but I have only 4 girls. And also, you need to build a kitchen, but I don’t have a “kitchen” button anywhere to build it.

It sounds like your roadblock is the business side of the story progression. Make sure you build the office and host meetings to slowly attack other properties and eventually buy them. You have to purchase the properties to unlock more girls.

Don't know if there is secret pregnancy or not but it may also happen in a later update.
