Modifying the speedSteps[1] variable will speed up the "Very Fast" speed of the game.
It starts out at 0.2, and the lower you go, the faster it gets.
So 0.02 is 10ish times faster then the default.
You set the value, change speed down, then back up to "Very Fast", and your game will rocket along at the speed of light.
At this speed, the game has problems recognizing inputs, but that shouldn't really be a problem.

Edit: further testing shows that for me, at 0.03 and under the UI stops reacting. I can still go faster, but the buttons stop working.

Why so many? Because the game has forty-seven employees, and each of them (except the security guards) can do a minimum of two jobs. For every job you need to have a set of images. In addition, every employee, at some point, can have sex with a guest.

As an author, I can only say this: DON'T DO IT!
The Ren'Py engine was not designed to do something like that at that speed. The image you see on the screen in the dance club is composed of 25+ smaller images that the engine combines on-the-fly.

DMA Games is not a corporation. DMA Games is a few individuals who just want to make a different game.But nothing will improve in this game because this is a "corporate game company." They just pump and dump.
YES, the game engine is Ren'Py, but NO, the game is not a visual novel, so don't expect to have all the functions that are common for VN.

I'd appreciate being able to see more than 20 of them without spending 14 years grinding money, or losing money for no reason, or just enjoying the game, or having a clear and defined goal, or a good economy system, or, ya know, anything remotely redeemable about your game whatsoever.

I still can't get to that, but if/when I eventually do, I'll report back if it breaks.
The game is literally a waiting simulator...

Go ahead and make your "different game." There should be few people who like "differant games" out there.

You can ask them to add a disclaimer to the top that you don't condone the sharing of your content here.
Part of the forum respects it and will not download your stuff, but it will not be removed.
Aside from that, you can kick up a fuss, but it will just reduce the chances of people actually buying it.
You should also listen to the feedback in the topic if you want any hope of people supporting you.
The game in it's current form is barely playable, as the waiting just takes too long.
As it currently stands, you would have to stare at a non-interactive, barely changing screen for upwards of 10-15 hours, just to get to the first nude scene.
But even without the porn, the game is just not fun. There is almost no gameplay, and for the same money, you could get any of a few dozen other tycoon games, which are more fun, and more replayable.
Your only edge is the porn, and it's locked away behind literal days of waiting.
Well, you have no obligation to listen, so good luck with your crusade on a pirate forum, and I hope you got a better reception on steam then here, but I don't really think you deserve it.

I've spent several hours running your game on a second monitor. As of now it does not feel like a game but rather like beta test.
- The economy needs adjustments. The start is way too unforgiving to a player who has just launched the game for the first time and does not know shit. Mid-late game on the other hand is way too generous. Experienced girls bring a ton of money and the game does not offer any options to spend it.
- Shifts feel horrible. Long non-interactive gameplay periods are to be avoided. Either make it entirely skippable or let the player micromanage girls and clients. I.e. other brothel tycoon games have stats like corruption/lewdity, obedience, happiness, fatigue. Pushing girls to the limit would have both positive and negative effects which leads to interesting in-game decisions.
- Add some random events like girls calling in sick, unreasonable client demands, sexy stuff, etc. Present players with a choice where they want to go.
- Maybe adjust how many cycles you have to spend between getting new real estate. Right now it feels way too long but it could change once you have implemented other changes.

I did it with URM, but I'm sure you can do it with console too
In URM, you just search for "speedSteps", and after that, it's kinda obvious.
The renders are nice, too bad the I can't see anything else other than the girls waiting tables in the cafe. I don't mind the grinding for scenes, but the gameplay loop, if you can call it gameplay, is terrible. The days take too long, even on the fastest speed, and you there's nothing for the player to do, besides stare at the screen, and you have to do this for multiple full weeks, until you get more money, to upgrade your cafe, and then you afk again more weeks to upgrade it further to hopefully get to the sexual upgrades.
Honestly, a skip shift option would solve this problem, but then you just turned the brothel management game into a VN with slightly more options. But alas, add a skip shift option because I don't think there's anyone actually getting the scenes the legit way.

how to move forward in this game, i keep on playing while same stuff keeps happening even though i am at profit, every week i just check progress and move on to next week nothing is happening, also tried to go bankrupt and played for month again same looping occurs do I have to do something specific to move story forward

You have to go over 5k, and stay there for a while.
Progression will trigger automatically.
nice simulation-game , but the shifts are too long . i play it several hours , but its not fun to wait . there must be a easier way to end the day !!

Before you worry too much, I downloaded this game from two locations. The game would not run in Windows or in Linux. This was tested on different systems. I always buy every game I end up playing. At this point, I cannot trust this game to even work. I am not like everyone here. I support a lot of devs (over 28) and have no trouble buying a game but if the game does not work, I sure do not want to buy it.
