OK, I am agree this game suck... I play 5-7weeks it took me 1H, nothing happen and 0 game just 3clicks. I fired 1 waitresse and can't engage any other
Maybe it could be better to make a choice before the day to analyse or not 1 day in detail ( not the 7 like it is actually) and if some event, then display it

I really doubt this game is playtested much. If it is playtested at all, then by people similar minded people with quite a distorted idea of fun.
The game part of this product is confusing and tedious. The business model used makes no sense and is counter intuitive to common observations in real life. Examples: the price does not affect the demand in this game, but the tolerance of the clients to get served? Employees gain experience but only if they have a good profit ratio, they can level up? The business owner is responsible for the profit, not the employee as long as she did what was expected and learned from that experience. Assigning prices, shifts is out of their control. The long simulation loops take many minutes, without that something very interesting happens. This is very frustrating if you just want to try out a different approach and see how it goes.

Dear Dev, a few things you should consider:
- decouple the simulation calculation from the display of said simulation
- make the simulation simpler, maybe just calculate a few events per employee in a single screen
- let the player make decisions about the business at all times, in the beginning the player can easily enter a downward spiral without the ability to escape, I couldn't fire people because they individually made "profit" but the business wasn't earning any ...
- check the modded version of Lab Rats 2 for an adult business game made in Ren'Py:

And please make it possible to hire girls more often. I had to fire two waitresses and was left with only one and no possibility to hire new staff straight away.

First of all I really like that the girls have stocinkgs bcs this is my personal outfit preference. And models are mostly fine in my book. But as for gameplay loop. It gets boring really fast. It is good that you shown up on this thread. As you can see there are people who play those games andd can give you a constructive feedback. I would gladly back you financially but...
You need to listen to the people.
So as for my critique:
- Gameplay loop - consider giving players the option to skip entire shifts. Right now it takes more than 45 minutes to get through whole week. It becomes tiresome after you start making profits and want to upgrade the Cafe.
- Customer satisfaction - Please give players more options to manage it (I would reccomend some upgrades for the cafe that can affect customers mood)
- Promoting workers - as a player I would like to have ability to promote workers faster. Or at least to see how much exp a worker needs to be promoted. Right now as a player I am in the dark and just hope that I can promote my staff.
- Scenes - could be animated. I know it takes time, but it would give a little more dynamic to the game.
- Speed selection - It is mostly fine, but (there's always a "but" i know, that's how we make progress) when a booty call or a check-up appears it automatically slows down to normal, that's not good, if player sets the speed to fast or very fast they know what they are doing, they do not need correction from the game.
- Writing - as of now I know the game doesn't have any solid story. We are just playing a woman who wants to build a brothel - cool - but there is a way to incorporate the story into it. You already have a concept. First inspector and then agency woman. You could make it so that either players will choose to run a corrupt organisation or legit business. You could make protagonist clash with the city council/mayor/law. Make it more in depth. Players would like this.

If you get trough the far too long opening chapter, you can freely hire and fire workers.
I have no idea why it isn't open from the start...

There's actually an option for that, it's something like "Event Auto Slow" or something like that.
My biggest gripe with the game is how unclear it all is, it *seems* to be set up so you lose money, and have to resort to making it a Chucks in order to make profit, but that's just not how the game works, the economy just doesn't make sense, a 50% markup (which is apparently what you need to make profit) just wouldn't attract the custom that it does in-game, It's entirely and wholely illogical from the get-go.
When and how do I get to the brothel part? So far I am running a failing coffe shop for hours with only one sex scene.

Yeah, I found that out about ten minutes after posting this and felt stupid, lol.
Regarding the security service, for those concerned: DO NOT BUY IT unless you've bought all the other facilities. It opens the night shift, and unless all your employees are at least rank B, distributing them throughout the 3 shifts would result in a fall in the percentage of customers served, which will lower the customer satisfaction rating, resulting in not being able to buy certain facilities. I had 4 rank A waitresses and 3 rank A dancers along with other less than rank A employees and even then after opening the night shift my percentage of customers served fell from close to 90% to 65%, and that resulted in my customer satisfaction rating to fall from 8.1 to 6.9, essentially preventing me from buying hooker rooms.
However, unlocking the night shift gives you access to certain events which were otherwise inaccessible.

It took me a bit to get the hang of this game, but it seems I am starting to understand. I must admit, after a while it gets interesting. I'm curious to see what will happen as I move on.

Has anyone understood hot to use the security guys? I keep getting negative performance on them. Must I concentrate them in the moments when there are many dancers/waitresses?
