There is nothing to use. Maybe I miss understood. Thought they meant if the other scenes are already in the game files.
And they are in the CG rip. Thats only the picture of all files. (Well most of them removed the UI stuff). So just too look at them.

Are you talking about the filming one ?

You just have to hold LMB to fill the bar on the top left and release when little Cell are showing.
Some time he fake so beware

creator hella annoying, the save data for this game is in windows registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\YamamotoDoujin Games\Bulma Adventure 4. once there you will see a file named save1 you can double click to edit the binary data, if you scroll down a bit you see names like vegita, cell, n18, gero and they all followed by "= f a l s e" just change it to true and you can insta unlock all scenes your welcome
