I heard people are having problem with the rock paper scissors. Like it's not showing the right result. Sometimes you'll lose, but it will show you... won??? Perhaps someone could patch it...

Just adding that I do believe it is out. On Rule 34 there is a picture of the 18 fingering Bulma scene uncensored. I guess that it is possible someone did that on their own, but it might be out quicker than BA3's uncensored version was.
