I don't play that path myself, but just glancing at the script, the scenes with Tony and the CEO this update requires the
TonyDomination stat to be at 4 or above. This gets set by having the "domination rampage" scene in his office a few updates ago.Then in the car on the way to the meeting, Tony should make Lara put on panties to steer her towards the CEO, or leave them off for her to get fucked by Tony instead.
(The script in that passage doesn't make any sense, btw., as Tony'll say that he hopes she both is and isn't wearing panties.)

There is definitely some kind of bug with the gallery. The last two scenes are not the last, with Erica, and after the end they will continue further, sometimes with errors

A lot of sloppy writing in this update, not only but especially in the scene at the club, where the writing is weirdly repetitive and the MC's path and Tyrone's path are very clumsily stitched together. Quite a few wrong line attributions (and lines that should be spoken appearing as thoughts) throughout as well.

The MC pulls back either way if he has forbidden Angelica from doing porn; otherwise if you choose for him to stay calm he'll stay put and Angelica will invite Erica in. But you'll still get a line saying he pulls back regardless.
