I don’t think mc have to choice between any of the girls planned tag: Harem.

I don't see a harem tag between handjob and incest. There also isn't any incest and probably wont be if he wants to keep it on patreon.

I don't think the tags get vetted. Babysitter was harem-esque in playthrough but if anything very anti-harem in its ending.

Keep in mind that "harem" doesn't necessarily mean full harem though. Per the site tag definitions, it just means one person is pursuing relationships with 3 or more others with the consent of everyone. So that could just mean Lara + two others that might not include Angelica (for instance).
