from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11 ), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

This last update is a bit disappointing though, its all about gay scenes it seems so this update is a pass. I get it though, I am sure some one wanted it so good on them.

When I played it, it showed Riley walking out of the bathroom into his mother then MC comes out and convo with the mother ending in a spaking and then Hailey comeing down while MC is sleeping and she gets in bed with him, while she is asleep the beginning of sleep sex with anal cliff hanger.
