Hello again! I’m just about finished with v10, there’s only one more sequence I want to add and render. The total render count is sitting at a little over 450 now. For v11, I’m planning to skip the usual poll for a side character scene since I don’t think it would fit this time. Instead, I’ll put up a poll to decide whether Hana or Naomi gets their update first. Not much else to cover this week, but thanks for checking in and see you again next week! To wrap things up, here’s a simple render I made just for fun.
Some of the model designs are just baffling
The Nakamura sisters seems as if Dev wanted them to represent the whole spectrum of skin colour from Caucasion to African. They all also have very different facial features.
I still don't understand the Devs decision to make Hana THAT dark, if she's supposedly of Japanese Decent (Judging by the family name), no Japanese will ever turn that dark from sun tanning unless she consciously chooses to do a reverse Michael Jackson and spray tan herself to look like....that....
MC's Family at least looks like they all belong to the same family except the choice for Alex's hair, everyone else has straight and blondish hair but hers is curly and Red. Okay, maybe she dyed it and had it permed.....but if that's so, no one gets their hair permed only to tie it up.

didnt really feel like the sex scene with Naomi was worth it if you're on her dom path in this update. the way it played out felt like i was on the sub path.

Dude i know what a gyaru is, Gyaru culture was started as a nonconformist phenomenon against the Japanese aesthetic and social culture standards. Gyaru fashion is the result of the rebellion against the aesthetic standards. Hence the basis of the Gyaru fashion is extravagant dressing, makeup and hairdo. Tanning although popular is not a must to be considered the Gyaru fashion except for certain subtypes like Ganguro. Hana does not have any other hallmarks of the fashion style just dark skinned, so no, she is likely not Gyaru.

Well, first, while I can't say for 100%, I don't think he is saying she was a Gyaru, just that Gayru are Japanese and tan their skin dark. Thus, his response was likely that in the same way Gyaru do it, maybe she is doing it on purpose for some reason.
Second, in the same way not all Goth girls show all the features of, or embrace every aspect of, "Goth culture," Hana might just like that one aspect of Gyaru culture, the tanning. Sub-culture gatekeeping isn't usually effective, especially when done by people who aren't even part of the sub-culture. So the other guy might have brought it up in that respect as well. Hana is American, so her embracing a part of one part of a Japanese sub-culture isn't farfetched.
And I'm not saying that is why she is so dark, just that this is one or two possible reasons for it and I think was the point that Black Orchid was making.

It wasn't my intention to sound like i am disregarding or discounting what Black Orchid mentioned, in fact i do see his/her point.
My 2nd post is just to give and explanation on what Gyaru culture is since Black Orchid mentioned it, and the essence of it and that tanning is a small part of it.
As you've mentioned, if it was the dev's intention to design her like she could be choosing to embrace that part of the Gyaru culture, but if that was the point tanned skin will do but why go that dark? Its like for example embracing Goth but picking the being pale part and going super pale and nothing else. Hence why i don't think that Gyaru was the intention, rather probably because she is a swimmer.
Anyway, i digress, it is not my intention to offend or dispute anyone's opinion, im sorry if i sound that way. My 1st post was meant to just say i think dev went overboard with the darkness which looks unnatural. I am not questioning the Dev's intention to make her skin tanned, just why to that level of darkness. I probably should have toned down my incredulity.
