I've tried everything I can to knock up Sami but I think I'm just missing something or several somethings here. Are the mail unlocks for her currently bugged or something?

This is absolutely one of my favourite games on this site but god damn is it hard to progress some times. The requirements for Lina's corruption levels are obnoxiously hard to get. Even using the literal in game guide with step by step instructions I still couldn't actually get it and gave up and decided to just cheat it. Now maybe this is just a skill issue on my part(it probably is) but it is what it is.

I checked all the events and i saw that you can make Lina pregnant but i can't find the event who allow me to unlock the fertile trait and the pregnant trait so i want to know if it's possible in this build and the necessary steps for unlocking it

Hi! It's not possible due to bugs in 41c. However, if you search the thread for compressed you can get the event with that version. Just download, load your save, play the event, save, load the save in 41c.
For the event Lina needs to be Corruption 1, and the event is the Saturday Afternoon event when she plays with the camera.

it changes how characters address each other to be more familial.
you install it by extracting the content of the patch into the /game folder.

I only see a single event referencing any Sami pregnancy so it might not be implemented yet? I see a lot more references to a Lina pregnancy and I don't think that's there yet either.
The game doesn't have a roadmap so much as it has a defined size. Each character will have up to Corruption 5 + Pregnancy, the road between here and there is determined by patreon polls. Each poll the winner gets a full corruption level and the character with the least votes gets half.
Beyond that raw content, I do as much systems improvements, sundry stuff and bonus content as I have time for.
What specifically is up next? Sami pregnancy, which would be more of a shock, but you guys got a leak which has you ahead on about 4 weeks of content.

I must say, joining the patreon and finding that Cassidy and Lisa are fairly uninteresting to the voting demographic was devastating.

Oh, believe me. I've been trying to energize the Lisa vote. And someone else has been pushing Cassidy hard.
Unfortunately they have over a year of not being fan favorites to contend with.
That said, they're soon gonna get full development simply because there won't be much left for the other characters. Silver linings.

I didn't wait three years because I hit 'watch' and forgot the game existed, no I was just so big brained I was waiting for when the best characters would finally get some spotlight
It very much seems like there are too many good options. Lisa often gets content for getting the least votes, but I think she is more of a niche character. She has this kindness as well as a wicked streak... but she also has actual puzzles... Which I love, but try to minimize for people who don't.
Cassidy is an interesting one, hindered by being the middle of the pack. People above and below her getting content... Especially with some of the more recent favourites, as soon as a character hits their stride they suddenly get a lot of fans. Lina in particular was not that popular until her C3 hit and then an entire fanbase of "must protek Lina" grew up overnight. Jenny's more recent content may have also had a similar effect, though for different reasons.
At the end of the day though, I'm excited for every character...

You should just be able to press ignore. This is fixed in the latest builds.
How do I find the red book in the living room (Jenny's book / Jenny's novel) for Jenny's Corruption 3? I talk to her and then try to search the living room, the option is even green in the tree, but the option doesn't appear for me.
Edit: It seems I have found my own answer but I'm leaving my comment so people can find it if they search for it: Talk with Jenny on Friday Afternoon I used the "Can I see it" option specifically.
