I think that one is unlocked by her advice burning you in terms of relationship with one of the girls, and then talking to her about it. Easy to get with her advice about Lina, and hugging her during one of lina's peep sessions. So I believe no corruption needed for lina, or maybe C1 for quicker relationship buildup with her.

Nunu312 There might be a bug in 42c for the Hunting Haily quest; I could not get Haily to show up with Carla on Sunday morning if the Hunting Haily quest was active (she would show up there if I did not start the quest) -> could not progress her corruption 4 path (downloaded 40d from Itch and it played out normally and let me finish the quest [then transferred that save to 42c and all was well]).

Same here. I thought I was missing something, but I just can't get that option to show up.
I'll take a poke at the Haily thing.
For The Lina progression, the largest thing is that you can get more wing girl quests by trading with her in the garden.
Also, there are no other games like this one. The sheer complexity of it is a thing to behold and no one else has been crazy enough to attempt, let alone succeed in (which is even arguable here). There are some games I consider inspiration and look too... but that is a rather wide net.
