Thanks to y'alls saves, I have discovered some lazy indenting that made the dialogue trigger based on a different quest instead of the note. This file will fix it.

should one download the current game and put that file in it or does it come already fixed?

Due to the way releases are done, it may be a little bit before the fix isn't necessary. It will likely be in version 47.
I'd say take a look at the changelogs and see if things in there interest you.

I will wait for the new version... xDD Because every time I log in here and see what new news you have... I end up seeing that there are even more versions and I'm still with the older ones

So I was wondering if I missed a previous scene with her, if it was just a way to say that it wasn't your first encounter of that kind with her without showing it or if it is an hint about some of the weirdness/mysteries that'll probably be explained in future content.

Could it be foreshadowing? Hinting at the true nature of the narrative?
Who knows? But keep wondering, so your curiosity makes you pay attention to other things being said more closely.

She's been in the game for a long time but appears only a few times... so far.
The last time I checked her events was on v0.32, I think. And there was only 3 appearances if I remember correctly.
The one you got is the easiest to trigger.
One of them gets easier to spot the higher the World Corruption is.

As far as I can tell from the events I saw, she's part of the overarching lore of the game.
I think her story is directly tied to the time loop.
