Is it normal that I am in the intro of the game at the part where Haily sends me the photo I only have one solution and that is not to respond, whereas in the images of the thread there are choices?
The first play through (which you should have had a prompt to skip) is set in stone yes with no relevant choices to make
But there were a few big titty milfs, if I do remember correctly!

Give it a proper chance, there's a lot of repeat dialogue (which is why there's a specific skip toggle for repeat text) and if you wanna scrub through them all then there's a lot to read before things get spicy. There's also a big misunderstanding with how the character corruption, hearts, and stars work. Hearts are temporary and reset each time you start a new run, the hearts dictate the girl's attraction to you and more hearts will lead to dialogue options that become more and more sexual. Stars are character-based, which may or may not persist when you start a new run, you're supposed to collect the stars and it will change how that girl reacts to certain scenes or dialogue when you have her at a high corruption level (the stars only become relevant at mid to late game and hearts become very easy to get at this point). Character corruption is set by you before you start a new run, essentially this is what progresses the girl to a new interaction/dialogue, you can increase this by getting to specific heart points and/or specific character interaction at specific times.
It's a lot to process especially if you're new, I thought the same thing at first and it sat on my computer for like 2 week before I went "why not, let's give this game one more chance" and this has become one of my favorite games since. The in-game guide (the 8th preview pic with branches on it) is essential to check what you can do currently to increase a girl, just read up on what you have to do to increase a girl's corruption level, on levels 1 to 2 it's just basically saying the right things at the right moments, it's fairly quick and you get spicy scenes around C2 or C3. Try getting your favorite girl to high corruption first (I recommend Carla, Lina, Sami, Alex, and Hailey, as they have the most content), as in lock in on her and do everything to meet their requirements, it's legit probably like 10 runs max, skip through the dialogue you've seen or skip it all together, matter of fact, at early runs, it's fine to just sleep through everything once you got the requirements you need for a girl, try not to progress more than 1 girl each run, a lot of events happen at the same time and you'll eventually need to choose who to go to. The game is super dialogue heavy and the characters are actually very interesting, if you still don't like how it works after all that then ig it's just not for you. Hope this helps!

the issue is, theres no clear indicator by the guide for corruption 2 (and likely higher) for all the girls on what to do exactly
carla's corruption 2 for example: doesnt matter if i get each girl in the list to corruption 2, nothing changes and it doesnt sound like im supposed to fail, though also does at the same time, yet i tested that with jenny where i called her boring and still nothing

You are supposed to fail and burn a girl for Carla C2, as for why Jenny would have failed did you remember to get Carla's advice for Jenny the round you did it, about the only reason I can think it failed. Outside Lina who for some of her burns needs the advice to even access most of the burn's are always available.
As for clear indicator unless it's changed the help guide has almost everything for me, think it was it only shows what you can access (so the next level of each girl) but it's been awhile since I used it to unlock things so maybe it changed. It does cross things out as you do them each run so checking it during the run does help.

uh carla only gives advice about sami or just genral advice
it's lin who gives the advice about the other girls
side note: i will say the mum and aunts not accepting / wanting the mc into their group right away makes no sense
they basically dont care about him and care more about each other, which is typical of bisexual women
