Yea, I enjoyed the game a lot
Have a few issues though. 1) MCs good guy talks get very longwinded and repetitive. It'd be nice if those conversations got condensed a bit. 2) I'm so confused after chapter 5. I kinda get MCs good guy goal but... why and how? Hopefully the choice you gave us near the end lets us alter MCs goal. 3) Is this a single RO game? I'm enjoying Cloe's route, but it feels very locked in and committed at this point. Hard to imagine MC ditching her for another girl.

- Haha yeah, people often tell me with my stories that I make the MC’s dialogue a bit repetitive. It’s usually part of my style, though I do try to refine it!
- The choices do have some weight, but for the most part many of them are flavor-only. There won’t be multiple routes, just small variations.

Art style ain't erotic at all.
If you're really trying to make a porn game, you need to invest lot of efforts and time in the art, doesn't matter if it's AI or not.
If art is not visually stimulating it's a turn off as a porn game.
It just becomes a linear storyline game, with few pictures including nsfw ones along with a good story.
The story has potential, so if art style is updated properly from initial, it could turn out to be great.
They look quite bland anime characters nothing more/ less.
You need to also keep in mind to change art panels according to dialogue box, many many scenes were like, dialogue box is saying something, but the panel is same.
In spite of having a good storyline, it won't garner much attention, given present condition.
Art style needs to be overhauled.

Caerlin isn't designed as a porn-first game, even though it does include explicit scenes. The focus is on the narrative, psychological tension, and characters, with sexual cotent integrated into the story, not meant to be the main focus
That said, I'm continuing to refine the project, visuals included
I get that if someone is mainly looking for a visually erotic experience, this might not be exactly what they're looking for. And that's perfectly okay!
Still, I'm glad you see potential in the story, and feedback like this helps improving it in the direction it's meant to go!

Hi! I'm writing here after leaving my review. I'm not much an analyzer as some other commenters before mine, but I'll try to do my best:
I really like the game, especially the story, and honestly, the style. The explicit scenes are far better than the general dialogue scenes, I mean, the 2d style is quite plain, but who cares! I love it anyway!
I love the story, the setting is absolutely believable and fascinating. The protagonist is truly unique: I suspect he's much more than he appears. Personally, I'd like to discover he's a villain-style genius with an overly complex backstory, but I also like the fact that he's a good person with strong principles and iron determination. It's heartening to see characters like this as protagonists! He's not weak, he's not haughty, he's not an idiot. He's a protagonist with all the trimmings, kudos to you for writing and creating him.
For the girls... team Chole! She's a truly special girl, I think she's the only one capable of keeping up with the protagonist; she's ambitious, capable, and above all, she knows who she is. SHE is a woman worth knowing. And it's beautifully written, superbly written: her dramas, her choices, her insecurities, her growth, and her very existence are so believable. It's fascinating to get to know her, she's a character who captivated me. And the comparison with Evelyn in chapter 5, "yo... mother-in-law"... pure magic, I cried laughing hahaha. The other girls are interesting too, but Chole stands out above all others.
Anyway, great work, seriously, I hope this project takes off and gets the success it deserves!

I normally rarely comment or do reviews because I always leave them to the end, when the game is actually finished...
But I have to say I really like this game story, the plot it's really good and the characters are really well done especially the main protagonist and Chole personality's are top notch!
The art designed is ok I like it but could be better especially the animated scenes.
This is the kind of game I see myself in the future supporting if I see on future updates good content in quality and quantity!

I am fine with Chloe being the main girl and really only romance option. But will there maybe be opportunities to explore certain things together wwirh other girls, like threesomes, maybe some lesbian fun during that. Kind of just some fun one off scenes, they are still together and in love but exploring a bit of their adventurous side. Maybe even other minor kinks too.

2D isn't something I usually play, but I really enjoyed this one.
Crowne deserves praise, it's a fun game. I just hope it's not the end for L:

People complain that titles don't have enough porn, or enough lis, or because it's kinetic and no choices, whatever, but when the story is good hours pass without we even noticing and none of that matters. That's the beauty of reading a good story. At Ch5 I was enjoying the story so much that I kinda fastfoward the sex scene. So sorry

Just a note: in that scene you can see the MC becoming prouder, driven to win, naming his goals, and stepping into a more dominant position, being active, which flips the power dynamic with Chloe. A bit of character development.
This didn’t happen with Vega and Leah. But it did with Chloe
