You need to finish the game first, as in defeating the final boss and escaping the cave.
Losing (reaching 100% Fallen) doesn't count.

WebGL requires it to be supported by your videocard and the drivers of the videocard. Try updating the drivers first, if it still doesn't work then it's incompatible. AKA hardware too old.
At the moment yes, most images are censored in the png and not just a layer. however, you can remove the white cloud in anal scenes by searching up asar (app.asar) in this thread,
unpacking it and making sure the folder's name is "app",
then going to
Cage of Tentacles for DLsite 1.20\resources\app\data\others\plugin\live2d\model\ana_model1
and editing out the white cloud texture.
Below contains images with the white cloud edited out, and a few variations. To make them work, rename it to texture_00.
I edited out an extra anus part that covered part of the penetration area. it only shows if you remove the white cloud.
you can edit out the semen left on the girl's genitals for a different experience.
The app.asar contents are recognized by the game in unpacked folder form, so feel free to rename or put the OG file somewhere else for safekeeping

For those wondering whats new, they're small scenes based on the essences you can see when you claim them. Haven't seen em all yet so I can't say how good they are.
ive played this before, the preg content is a joke no visuals on your character no visuals in the menu of your character, its basically a 6x6 cm badly drawn little picture after a certin (moving)event..... iff youre here for good preg content skip this one.
Over all the art is nice but the game is a repetitive boring tedious chore to play.

There are multiple scenes involving preg actually. The belly doesn't get that big, so I suppose it may not really work for you.
Personally there's like 3 factors I look for in preg.
1, belly size and shape. This game doesn't do that well.
2, the 'weight' so to speak. As in how much presence and impact the pregnancy has. The game does that well. The pregnancy is a burden in the game. A lotta games just gloss over that part.
3, is birth. Again it's decent in this game. The baby doesn't just like pop out.
That said, the game doesn't have preg as a primary fetish. So yymv.
