You had me at "dickgirl harem" lol. I'm a fan so far, I've dabbled in html game development myself (as well as enjoying quite a number on this site and others) and I love that you've tracked which scenes the player has unlocked. I wanted to implement a similar system and it's a little tricky with semi-random scenes but it's done well here. I'll have to poke around the html later for inspiration.
As others have said, some routes and actions are fruitless at the moment but I like the systems that are in place. Balancing is something for future updates, and I'd imagine a way to increase the girls' and player's energy is planned
(edit: I played a bit more and my max energy increased, so the system is already in place, I was just too quick to review, lol). It's nice that the fitness route has consequences in the player cam route as well as its own storyline incentive, so it's not just a tedious task.
Navigating through different locations isn't overly clunky and the location pictures aren't huge and thus don't force the player to scroll down just to hit the next location button. So navigation links are all around the middle of the screen when full size, which is convenient.
It's not clear that the consequences for
not paying aren't too harsh and can lead to other scenes. It could be implied from the type of game this is, but still. I'm also hoping choosing the second tenant doesn't preclude us from eventually housing them all eventually. It's a big mansion, after all
