Lockpicks are usually found on a dresser in one of the cabins - it's random as far as I can tell.

way to sad how this game turned out to be in the end. At first he really made a improvement on the art especially with Hana but then according to the feedback of a few people made the art "better" but honestly it looks like a six year olds drawing
