Because of the mayor redesigning in game and all the current content not being functional the maker of the cheat/patch is holding of for more stable version. So until then you just have to go old skool and play it normal.

I don't think you can because 0.8 seems to be totally different from earlier versions,like you can't use the cheat codes any more.
