Hello everyone,
I just wanted to give an update on the development of Chapter 2 of Campus Lyfe. Here's a breakdown of what I have been able to achieve:
Writing/Story
Chapter 2 is almost completely written. I have one more week of writing and proof reading before I finish writing the plot. After this, it's the dialogue which will most likely take a couple weeks to write fully.
Coding
I have started working on the code for the next chapter. Chapter 2 will bring an expansion to the phone during freeroam with the unlocking of 2 apps. Luckily, I already laid the groundwork for one of the apps so I just need to populate it with data and handle event flags and variables.
I would also like to point out that while working ont this I discovered a couple bugs that were missed in Chapter. I have already fixed both of them since they weren't too serious. Some times these things happen. Looking at the code again after a few weeks let me study it with fresh eyes which allowed me to catch these bug.
Renders & Animations
I'm still storyboarding here so there hasn't been any work done yet. The next progress update will have sneak peeks for you guys to see. Once the dialogue and plot are done, the posing of the scenes will come next. Animations are always the last step so those won't be for quite a while.
Tier Rewards
This is not exactly about Chapter 2 but I just wanted to point out that the suggestions for wallpapers will be starting this month. I'll post them this week along with the rules. There will be one for Campus Lyfe and one for Havenwood Diaries. If there are no suggestion by the deadline then I'll come up with one for each and release them at the end of the month.
Conclusion
It's still fairly early in development but I am aiming to cross the finish line for the BETA by the end of March. Thank you all for your support. If you discover any additional bugs please report them in the Discord server.

Sumatra last updated his comic, "Havenwood Diaries", on February 25th. He's definitely still working on Campus Lyfe, but his last progress update was on February 3rd (posted above). Ideally we get something soon...

I'm working on this in tandem with the dialogue writing so about 20% of the renders are done as well. As for animations, I have a couple non-sexual animations done but as usual, animations come after everything else.

The code is pretty much done. I'm just missing one screen for the phone. I'll also be adding a help button in freeroam that users can click at any time to get tips on what to do. The screen is built, I just need to turn it on for Chapter 2.
Tier Rewards
Due to using my pc to render regularly for Campus Lyfe, I have had to scale back the development of the side comics. They'll still be released but instead of every 2 weeks, it'll be more panels at the end of the month. Havenwood Diaries: Chapter 2 is done. The next comic will be announced at the end of the month. As for wallpapers, they'll also be released at the end of the month.
Conclusion
I fell behind in development last month but thanks to the patterns I've established in my workflow, I can make up for lost time in the coming weeks. Thank you all for your support. If you discover any additional bugs please report them in the Discord server. In the mean time, here are some teasers.
