In game, you must farm influence with her by giving her money or doing things (yoga, watching tv) on top of paying off the uncle without triggering his NTR scenes (if his influence grows too much you're a goner). If its 95(?) or something, you can refuse to give him money and he'll get angry and threatens you, but aunt comes in and throws him out for good.
