Bought and finished this game today, first on the bugged English version, and then bought the Japanese version off of DLSite as well and finished that too. I was able to get the Good Ending on the latter.
On the latter I followed Jared12345's steps early on up to Day 12, and feeding her on Days 13, 16 and 19. Stored more than 1000ml of cum in Yui's uterus, then just used the rotor to make her cum 20 times. She got pregnant on Day 16 (using the Pregnancy Test from the God Shop) and I just skipped all of the days after that, but even at first I wasn't able to trigger the Good Ending.
Then I went back to Day 16/17 after Yui got pregnant and started experimenting. The JP hint text mentioned this line that caught my eye:
(時間経過で妊娠の可能性もある為、できるだけ中出しをしておくが、ゆいの絶頂回数も比例して増やしていくこと）
(As time passes, there is a possibility of pregnancy, so ejaculate as much as possible, but increase the number of times Yui climaxes proportionately.)
危険日を過ぎてしまったあとは、１８日までに出来るだけゆいを絶頂させながら欲望を溜めて精子LVなどを上げておく
（こけしをパンツで固定していると次の日に絶頂させやすい）
After the dangerous day has passed, make Yui climax as much as possible by the 18th, build up (your) desire, and raise (your) sperm LV etc. (If you fix the kokeshi in (her) pants, it will be easier to climax the next day)
By the end of my first playthrough I had the male cum 41 times and Yui 20, and by Day16/17 he had cum 30 times, and Yui 19. So I had Yui cum more, by the end of Day 18 she and the male had both cum 30 times, and by the end of Day 20 Yui had cum anywhere from 30-35 times. Still no Good Ending though; What ended up getting me the Good Ending after reloading back to Day 19 was going back and grabbing + opening the rest of the Mystery Boxes and getting all the items from the ruins.
Then I just experimented with different conditions to see which ones give me the Good Ending and which ones don't (i.e. having Yui cum less than the male by 10 or more times, using the Clean function to clear out Yui's semen after she got pregnant, etc.), and I was able to consistently get the Good Ending after that. What I found was that to get the Good Ending:
* Yui needs to be pregnant (obviously) before or on Day 20
* Yui needs to have more than 1000ml of semen in her uterus when she is tested and confirmed to be pregnant (after she is confirmed pregnant you don't need to keep any semen in her anymore and can just clean it or let it spill out)
* You need to collect and open all Mystery Boxes by Day 20 whether you actually use the items or not (you don't need to visit the ghost in the Female Shower Room)
* Yui needs to cum at least 20 times by the end of Day 20.
After that the wooden box with four dials will show up on the title screen.
Some other notes:
Apparently the chances for Yui to be found pregnant are different depending on the method. In the save file are two parameters, one called "NinshinHan" and the other called "NinshinBack". NinshinHan is whether or not Yui would be found pregnant when you use the Pregnancy Stick to test, and NinshinBack is whether she would be found pregnant if you used the Pregnancy Test from the God Shop. When I looked at Day 16's save file before Yui was found pregnant, NinshinHan was 0 and NinshinBack was 1; I used both methods, and the stick showed negative, while right after on the same day the God Shop test showed positive.
Anyway, if you want to actually see the Good Ending, here's a Day 20 Save File attached. Just end the turn. (It shouldHOPEFULLY be cross-compatible with the English version, though I haven't a chance to test it yet.)
