Steps to use someone else's save file:
- Open the game
- Create a new game
- Save the game
- Copy the save file you want to use into the save folder (%localappdata%/Carnal_Instinct/Saved/SaveGames)
- Find the number of the save you created in step 3
- Delete the save you created in step 3
- Rename the save file you want to use to the number of the save created in step 3.

Very little, at the moment. The two scenes you can access in the current version are:
- Fucking a slave who's currently locked up in the stocks.
- Getting fucked by a centaur (this one may be unintended - all sound effects are female for the scene and the quest and interactions that lead to it have a strong breeding theme to them)
You must find and collect the urns around the map, each urn can contain either hairstyles, a race, a penis or a different kind of scalies.

As always, please do not request the thread be updated to the latest Patreon build. Patreon versions of this game have protections that, without being bypassed, require someone to share their Patreon account info in order to work properly. This would result in them being permanently banned from the game's Patreon. The next update on Steam should happen by the end of June.
Currently the only fighting-related content is just fighting. Consequences upon losing are a death+respawn, and if you beat an NPC they die and may drop loot. (With one quest-related exception at the moment where you can enslave them but they have no further content)

Cheat Save Game
Start the Game with
100 Million Gold and 500 Damage in Melee and Ranged basically God mode.
Wouldnt mess too much with the Health number because that can bug the "Kill Player" feature meaning you have to escape every cave/dungeon on foot.
You might have to create a quicksave slot game 7 yourself and overwrite with this one since the game keeps track of save game numbers.

"Carnal instinct" is the "sex skill", iirc. Which you rank up by, you know, having segz.

When you get to the end of a sex scene (first time viewing only for quest-related ones), there's an experience bar that pops up in the lower left of the screen, no? Then again, I have a later version of the game (I'm a Patreon sub), so maybe it's not in 3.28, in which case IDK.
In any case, I don't think anything is tied to sex experience yet—it's just a mechanic they're planning on doing something with later.
If you're referring to the carnal instinct dialogue option the priestess has, it's not yet implemented.

*after playing most of what is available, gotta say... sucks we cannot just rape our prisoners
gotta have by my guessing a monster transformation (i'm guessing werewolf given one of the dongs we can get, hope we can get a supersized version for laughs later) to be able to fuck one prisoner, and cannot even talk to another one. was likely a waste making the one cat girl a prisoner in the long run.

Pregnancy will have childbirth cutsceny only. I was hoping something alike to be able to teach progeny some behaviors, like referring meele, ranged or so.
Not to mention with that progression we will be old people before this game (if ever) be finished, not to mention patron people will pay few times more than game will be worth it
