Is there a cheat to get back to the surface from caves?

Me and my claustrophobia are having a hard time getting stuck for an hour in the caves, unable to find the exit unless by accident and then I have to take a few days off this otherwise nice game to stop the jitters.

Pretty sure they haven't implemented a respawn penalty yet, so that's typically the fastest way.

F it, i just completed the game with just a few minor armor pieces missing.
To anyone who might want to just enjoy what the game has to offer without any of the grinding, heres a .7z file with the save game:
ps. the save file goes in, C:\Users\[userName]\AppData\Local\Carnal_Instinct\Saved\SaveGames
pss. The save files are for {ver. 0.3.55} of the game...

Is there a way to quickly get carnal instinct xp? Doing sex with random citizens net you 50, but to reach lvl 10 it takes a LOT of xp.

To find a new, centavorsha. You need to complete a new quest. I got everything new only when I started a new game. There was nothing new in the old saves. It's just a fiasco, to play a new one you have to start the game again! (((
