You must have not played very far. You start out as a formless, which is why you're wrapped up with a mask. You can get the mask and wraps off a little ways into the main quest. At that point you can choose your form, of which there are at least two male forms, human and jackal. And there are multiple gay scenes between the fisherman, the centaurs, and the isle of lust. And we're talking about the UE5 version, which is in very early alpha. So there's not all that much but it's still pretty good for what we've got. The UE4 version has a lot more content.

Tried the UE5 version, after the initial splash screen it crashes my PC. No freezing, no CTD, just straight up crashes the whole PC straight to a powered down state.

I just did a fresh windows install yesterday and reformated all my SSDs, everything is 100% updated, newest video card drivers, windows updates, etc.

Weird. I'm AMD also CPU/GPU and no issues (also W10). 5600x, 7900xtx. So shouldn't be that and same drivers. Power supply good? (Crashing to powered off is a thing,yeesh).

Go through the main quest, talk to the cat lady about getting your mask removed. Then complete the quest Masquerade to unlock character customization (and also sex, formless don't have genitals after all)

Someone managed to cheat in the UE5 already? I've tried save editor online and Cheat Engine but whithout any sucess

Cheat Engine works like a charm, standard 4 bytes search does the trick.
You can look up tutorials on Youtube if you don't know how to work it.

Anyone know what to add to the INI files to force sound settings in UE5? The game itself doesn't respect settings changes, and resets them to 80% across the board, which is way too loud.

each time i try to take reseph's test my screen fades to black and proceeds to unfade without him quizzing me anyone got a way to fix this interaction ive attempted to do stuff like resting at a campfire, screwing an npc, going to main menu, reading all 5 tablets, and removing my clothing
