Here's the increased sliders mod for UE4 0.3.70 (Latest Steam Version)

I maxed them out to 10, doesn't seem to crash. The save is at the absolute BEGINNING of the game, you can make the choice of cheating or not.

2 years too late but i am triying to make this work, i am using the latest 0.3.70 version and i am placing them in the correct savegame folder, but they still do not appear in the game anybody knows how to make them work?

Likely doesn't work due to the game having updated past what version the mod was made for.

Terminal is the only good file host it was uploaded to lol. The WDHO might have an ok speed but the Russian text makes me too afraid to test it tbh.
I guess at least one of them has a good download speed. The OP should consider using Mega/Pixeldrain/Gofile instead of those others and of course, keep Terminal cause it's good too.

Can't use better hosts because decent hosts typically respect removal requests from the developers. Mega links in particular rarely last even a full day.

I can see the menu after a while (while it continues to flip between modes) but it doesn't take any input. The only thing that works is Alt-F4 to shut it down.

Whats your Gpu? Seems like a Driver issue. You do need a semi decent gpu to play these games. Try updating your graphics drivers first. If that doesnt work. Then create a Shortcut from the Winshipping exe. and right click edit properties. Inside the Text Field: "Target" outside the parenthesis add -d3d11 Should look like "%windir%Thisisagame\whatever\blahblah.exe" -d3d11

Yes, including new bugs!

I do UE5 exclusively to save time but I think UE4 is still worth recommending above it. I can see that statement changing after 12 months to see the UE5 build be better, but for now I recommend UE4. The bugs in UE5 randomly block off content to the degree that everyone's playthrough is vulnerable to bugs that choose your quests for you in the sense that you likely can't complete all the quests in one save because the game will bug out and prevent you from doing that.
