I don't understand the beta version of this game. My girlfriend bought me this game a few days ago, but I only played it a little bit today. I don't understand why I can't equip clothing, it says it's incompatible and the sex settings in the game play options are greyed out. Does the Beta version (UE5) not have H stuff?
It's because you haven't completed the beginner's quests yet. You start playing as a "formless", that is sexless. Therefore, you can neither have sex nor equip sex-specific clothing.
Once you are done with the Masquerade quest, you'll have it all.

oh this game frustrates me to no end. I finally managed to remove the mask, but the option to turn into a human female is still grayed out :-/
Update: I think it was next to the formless option. Selecting that allows me to turn into human. Finally!
Update2: Sorcery... it says I should learn it, but holding Q on the keyboard does nothing.
Update3: oh you need to select and drag it into your inventory in the Sorcery tab. This game is too complicated for horny people

Having learnt sorcery, you can choose to use it for ranged attacks. But they are pretty weak.
So I'd suggest to invest that ability point in melee attacks. When your sword is imbued with magic, you can press Q while in a close combat, and this will initiate a super strong combo attack which is especially useful in boss fights.
Don't forget, Fertility/Virility options are disabled by default. You have to find the Fertility shrine and communicate with it to enable those.
You can use the mouse to look around. And WASD keys to move.

I don't understand why they went for an upgrade when the game doesnt look as bad in the original old engine Ue5 version is terrible and practically unplayable for many who don't have the money to upgrade their pc/mac they killed this game for me Wild Life will also be the same for me... -_- sometimes.. upgrading your engine is detrimental to the game itself.. and the move to ue5 is very detrimental for people who even despite having the specs.. still have problems with the UE5 version
i feel like this game needs a fuck it mode where you can just go fuck it without much effort lol

Comparing UE 4 and UE 5 is easy matter for me, I miss having the ability to change form without having to spend 2 minutes fast traveling to and from the position, the models look slightly better, and the story is nice.
What isn't nice is being teleported sixty feet under whenever I get on a horse. Extra points for no-autosave-forced-to-climb-on-centaur-and-cannot-dismount bug which sent me 2 hours back, when I still remembered to manually save.
The quests are fucking borked to the max though. The first anubite who is part of the quest can randomly de-spawn or re-spawn into hostile entity if you get far enough, even before reaching the dreaded doors, which was point of despawning for me 2 times. Luckily for the devteam, it makes sense in-universe. What doesn't make sense to me though, is enemy respawns, it happened to me 3 times that to finish the fight, I had to leave the area, as the dead immediately respawned in the position where I just killed them.
Other than that, the game in UE5 feels slightly better graphically, on the other hand UE 4 never managed to fuck up getting on horses, mostly because there were none.

i used cheat engine to give me a shitload of skill points so i basically one shot every ennemy in the game and never run out of stamina
I miss the ability to have quick sex with random persons walking around.
In the UE5 version, all sex scenes are burdened with tons of terms and conditions. "Consent is the key", blah blah blah.
Fighting is easy, the boss fights are easy too (at worst, it takes a few health potions to manage them).
What doesn't make sense to me though, is the very idea of deadly encounters in a porn game.
At least, there should be a choice between having to fight or just fuck the enemies into submission, one after another!

I may not have phrased it correctly: It may be a good XP farm, but if the enemy respawns indefinitely, boredom sets in, not to mention that sometimes they manage to get a strike in, and you don't have time to loot hearts/potions/whatever unless you kite them around.Fighting is easy, the boss fights are easy too (at worst, it takes a few health potions to manage them).

So the complaint is : It was getting so tedious. So I just left, rather than to waste time.
edit: Do you also love it when shit doesn't load in properly?
Like one time there is an elevator, and the other time...there isn't? Better hope you don't need that autosave cause if you do, you may be stranded in the ruins of kab'alrah

I think so too. From UR4 to UR5 the game went from having a pretty character that you could style and have random sex with, which was a bit of a bummer because there were few male characters to have sex with: just women and fruits (basically a lesbian fantasy) and it went from that to a game where you play with a character dressed as a mummy, in a setting full of statues and monsters and even these statues have more sex than the character. Where's the hentai part?
It seems like there are a lot of impatient people in these threads.
There's a whole initial quest line before you get your body. Once you get that far you get a fairly decent character creator, and people you can have sex with are marked on the map. You can't just fuck anyone randomly anymore.
And that's exactly what starts these discussions again.
