As far as I recall, when I played through the interaction, I managed to pick and choose the dialogue options that didn't have overt female-centric undertones. The scene is a grunt track and some dialogue greying-out away from being a serviceable mlm scene. If there really was no intention for this scene to be something people of any gender can enjoy, I hope the development team sees this not as a bug to be corrected by restricting which models are eligible for it, but as an opportunity to expand the game to be more inclusive.

We're likely looking at a sidegrade anyway, based on what I've seen about plans for the dynamic sex system. It looks like the new system is being set up in such a way that scenes they implement for it are broadly applicable to a wide range of characters. That is, however, based on extrapolation from their public comments and statements. We'll know more once the new system (And the one scene currently implemented for it) is rolled out this month.
The racaty link is still the same link I downloaded the file from. I honestly just think they don't know how to unzip a .rar archive. As for mega, no. Those don't stay online long enough to bother with, since the devs DMCA them.
With the new update the quest "footsteps of the dragon" is bugged. There's no vessel inside the room. Tried to reload/redo the quest but no success.

Did you do anything unusual that might break it, like trying to go straight to the urn without the quest, or using a save from a different version of the game?
I Really Need Help With That issue, i have old saves files and dont know how to replace the old saves with the new version of the game, need to know if there is a new location for the game save file, and how to make my old saves files works for the new ver of the game, thank you in advance 
Save files are located in %localappdata%\Carnal_Instinct\Saved\SaveGames. It's not worth it using old saves because the game might become broken. I started a fresh new game and I had no problems - beside being stuck at the treasure chest screen which is easily fixed by saving and loading. Did you start a new game or used an old save file from a previous version? I did all the quests with a new game with no problem.

strange bug - During ANY events (animation, dredge, etc.), the character does NOT react with his face ... i.e. face "STONE" .... in previous versions, I remember he was surprised and so on ... here he looks at one point (WITHOUT EMOTIONS) ... is it just me?
Even when the animation is played with other characters, their faces also do not move (it's funny to watch - the mouths are closed, but the sounds go ^_^)

That's likely a temporary bug resulting from the fact that the old scenes are using old bodies in the interim while they wrap up the dynamic sex system. I know the new bodies are fairly different from the old ones, so I wouldn't be surprised to learn the old facial animations were incompatible with them.
Running it with a 1050ti ,i5 and 16 gb of ram I get like 0 fps whenever I'm not looking at the ground or sky.Any idea what graphic settings I should lower or what I should turn off?

Just saying i5 is very vague, i5 has been around for 12 years and the performance difference is night and day between the first and the latest iteration, that said it sounds like a GPU problem, try lowering the texture resolution to rule out lack of vram and lower the resolution to 720p to see if it does anything, if it makes no difference your bottleneck is somewhere else.
If it does make a difference try upping the resolution until you got a middle ground between quality and playability, probably don't wanna go above 1080p, after that you can try upping the texture resolution until it starts showing the same symptoms and dial it back one step.
