What a crooked game.
KAB'ALRAH Dungeon
The lever stopped working after leaving the dungeon again. I received the reward, but I can’t get out of the dungeon. The save is loaded in the same place.
Was lucky that autosave was enabled when I first visited the Dungeon and the levers worked.

It's possibly just broken, like a good few other quest. you could try to reload a few saves before you started the quest and then try to see if it shows up but it might just be fucked like no rest for the wicked

There has been a bug (on multiple occasions, iirc) for this game that allowed you to set your character as male but then unequip or otherwise not set genitalia, leaving you as effectively having male-form barbie anatomy.
Are you using old saves? In my experience, such glitches occur when using saves from older versions. After starting a new game, the priestess gave me magic.
I also didn't have a campfire in the "Prodigal Son" quest. The reason was that I killed the desert mau before accepting the quest. If the cat is killed before accepting the quest, the fire does not appear.
After rolling back to save before killing the cat and re-taking the quest, the withered campfire returned to its place.

I got stuck.. Can't use the Levers to call the Elevator or pull on the Rope to go up in the Kab'Alrah Dungeon anymore and can't get the NightLotus bcs the Entrance won't give me the Enter key. Any one has a idea to "unstuck" me?
I'm scared that i have to redo EVERYTHING just to find only 2 new textlines after this.
Anyone have any saves to help me?

There is a Place for you to go and Change your Form as well as genitals. There are a few Sex scenes. no pregnancy Birthing anims. but there is pregnancy.
Let's port the game to a brand new, photorealistic engine so we can alienate as many low end rig users as possible! While making a porn game. While not having finished it. Oh and also add the game to discord's game database so it shows up as playing it if you boot it up, that'll be so funny lmao gotcha!

Being someone who has previously developed stuff in UE4 years ago and now re-learning in UE5, it's miles beyond the capabilities that UE4 had. Also way less buggy, lots more useful tools & technologies, it's not surprising they made the switch, especially when they weren't happy with the existing UE4 game and were looking to re-do it anyways.
If anything UE5 is more performance friendly due to new tech like nanite; the game just hasn't been finished yet or received huge amounts of optimisation. UE5 does not mean you need a giga PC, it's usually because developers don't take their time to optimise their games, it's such a bad misconception about the engine.
If you don't have a PC to run the game, then maybe play other games that don't require those specs as you aren't their target audience instead of having severe main character syndrome?
