No clue how 7zip isn't the standard yet and people still use WinRar, as much as I respect the software for what it did.
I dunno, WinRAR has always been there for me ever since I was a bab. Changing it would betray my lifelong friend of piracy. Plus, an easy tweak to the registry editor and you can remove the nagging message for buying a license, I've done it years ago.

On an unrelated note, is there any progression on developing the slave you capture and keep on the cage or still nil of content? Has the game been optimized ever slightly? I feel past updates have placed my low end PC to an even bigger bottleneck since it now runs slower each time, and dropping the visuals is tempting at the cost of looking at half-melted granola bars and ham slices meant to represent models. Also pissed rewatchable scenes are a no go (the one with the BJ inside the cave is great IMO).

You got me curious, what tweak is needed to remove that message?

Try reducing your screen resolution ranges before you start reducing overall graphics qualities. If that doesn't work you could next try reducing lumen lighting as well as reflections since those take up the most vram. I also run an older pc and have been able to run this game on high settings at 1080p resolution with little to no lag. For comparison here's some of my hardware specs maybe it will help.
CPU Intel Xeon e3-1271 3.60ghz quad core with hyper threading (these are from 2014 but still decent for such an old cpu)
16gb ddr3 ram (not the fastest but it works)
Nvidia Geforce RTX 3050 6gb gddr6 (this is the best gpu I could put in a low profile case)

Lame, but thanks for the heads up.

I'll forward the steps for ya :p

Hmm, noted, I figured it was always the graphic settings or bust since I hate games resizing my tabs, forcing me to size them up or down for clarity's sake. For comparison, my specs are a AMD Ryzen 5 4600H CPU (serviceable but any more power and my laptop melts), an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 for GPU (IMO my weakest link) and 8GBs of RAM (also contributes to the weak link). It's a laptop and I didn't know any better so I couldn't have asked for something more anyways, but in the future I plan to build my own and have a real PC with all the bells and whistles.

Looking over your specs I would say that your cpu is alright but the gpu and ram are holding you back. Win10+11 require at least 4gb of ram leaving you with only 4gb extra for other apps. As for your gpu it only has 4gb gddr5 which can barely run a UE5 game. I'll recommend that you decrease all game graphics settings to minimum and then attempt to customize those settings to try and balance appearance vs. gameplay until you have something you can live with. I would also turn off any extra apps running in the backround you don't need and turn your antivirus to game mode so more of your ram will be available for game usage. Until you decide to buy a new pc you could maybe see if your current laptop can take more ram which would help slightly. Alternatively you could download the old UE4 version of this game and play that one instead. I got the old UE4 version to run on a Geforce GT710 2gb (it was a very slow) before I purchased the RTX 3050.

No clue. The discord doesn't say what the updates about and just having the free tier of the patreon won't let you at least read the notes. All I've got access to is the steam version that I own, but that's useless as it's radio silence on steams community post till they actually update that version.

Yeah I figured my weakest links were the GPU and RAM. Did not know my OS is already eating half of my RAM already lmao, that's why I'm always wary of trying out anything made in Unreal Engine.Any game I always kill any other processes, even background ones, and already disabled any unimportant apps on startup, I'm always looking for ways to get any small net gain of power, always. A long-term solution/problem I have for getting extra juice is always leaving my laptop plugged in and run full performance mode. It'll kill the battery long terms, but fuck if it doesn't help me get extra FPS lol. For any extra RAM, I highly doubt it, it's a gaming Pavillion by HP, so I'm pretty sure no way to get any extra, and it'll be rendered m00t whenever I do plan on fully upgrading my PC anyways.

I have tried the UE4 version and it does run better, but the changes in content are pretty vast, so much so that I don't prefer to play through a game once again to get/see/experience all the scenes, so I've just stuck with the one that made me interested in the game anyways at the cost of my laptop begging for mercy to not turn it into a jet plane taking off any time I run it haha. Oh well.

I took a second look at your gpu and found it doesn't support lumen per se causing it to work harder to try and display it. You should turn off lumen/reflections completely. That should help reduce your lagging issues somewhat. You should probably try the same thing with any other UE5 game as well.

Would it be possible to add a 'free camera' to the sex scenes?
...or, at least a rotation option?
Great game, by the way!

It already has one all you have to do is hold the right mouse button and move around. You can also zoom in and out with scroll wheel and if click and hold it you can move up and down. Slight edit some animations are still holdovers from UE4 version and don't have free camera mode yet athough you can change angle and distance with slide bars and buttons.

All the new sex scenes will be with the new system that lets you freely move the camera. There are a bunch of sex scenes like that already ingame.
All the scenes with locked camera won't be redone into the new system for now afaik as they're mostly focusing on making new ones first.
