I just started the prologue and defeated the first “boss.”

What is Kethra's gift? I keep finding these randomly in the world, no idea what they do when I claim them.

That was driving me crazy too. I spent dozens of minutes checking my inventory and skills to see if anything changed every time I got a Kethra's Gift. After paying very close attention... I found out it's just a massive xp boost.

Yep. Theres a temple that u can change your form. Female, male, or dragon. U must be pick female form

This Save File gives you:
1,000,000 Gold
1,000,000 Essence
1,000,000 Attributes

All you need to do is located the game saved files (AppData\Local\Carnal_Instinct_UE5\Saved\SaveGames) [You can use {Win key + R} to locate your local windows data and type: %appdata%]
Place the .rar content to the folder "Local\Carnal_Instinct_UE5\Saved\SaveGames" and when you lunch the game, make sure to load from Slot 5 (P.s when pasting the files it might ask you to replace the old saves, so please make a backup of the old saves if you need them).

With this save file, you start from the beginning, and you have enough Attribute points to max your character skills.

Sorry, I can't be more specific, I haven't actually played the game in quite a while.

On the main island, there is an area where you can touch a small obelisk and it allows you to set your spells and change your character's appearance.
The various appearances that you can use are unlocked with special points and those Kethra's Gift monuments grant you a big chunk of those points when you activate them.

Kethra's gifts give you several points that can be redeemed to transform your character.
