Heh..Something like that. Someone had the idea that it should be in the OP and in some mysterious way it went through the system. However, it is against the rules. In the OP, there should be only fully playable builds without protection.
In addition, the latest Patreon version seems to be not very different from the last Steam Build. Maybe a few cosmetic changes and bugfixes, I don't know, Changelog has not been released.

Apparently some mod/uploader wanted to say "cracked-this works", "uncracked-this doesn't work."
What happened is that someone shared the final UE4 Patreon build as is (it even has their account id still in it!), and it got added to the OP to replace the one we already had without the normal verification checks. I reported the OP to explain that, and a moderator came by and restored the links to the Steam version and labeled those as "cracked" while, for some reason, opting to leave the uncracked links in the OP with the "uncracked" label. This despite the forum's upload rules requiring that the downloads be for playable copies of the game.
I assume there's something involving their file preservation rules in play here too.
For general context, the "uncracked" UE4 build in the OP will launch normally if you have a specific file the launcher creates, that contains information about your Patreon account and subscription status. But that gets stored in a separate folder and was missed by the uploader.
Sooo...now the real question is - is there an actual cracked version, that DOES have the patreon-only content (aka Enchanted Draquine Shlong and such) anywhere...?
I don't know of anyone trying to crack the Patreon version once the game was released on Steam. Most modders didn't even bother to do it for a variety of reasons. Nobody wants to piss off the developers into pushing DRM further or simply they don't consider a few cosmetic tweaks as extra content worth the effort.

'Nother noob question though: I really like the game, as in: I believe it is the only game worth any of my money on this entire page so far, maybe with the exception of Subverse.
And I would really love to support it with what little money I got. But I am not sure I understand the whole patreon thingus right. Like, iffen I pay for the version that gives me access to a steam build (for the UE5 version), but then stop paying...will I receive future updates or will I be locked out of updates (and eventually the full game when it goes past early access) once payment stops?
I would have to jump through hoops with such patreon payment anyway, so I don't wanna waste my time, nerves & money iffen it ain't worth it. I got no access to paypal atm due to an old spat with those fuqs accounting dept., and no credit rating so no card either.

Steam is just outright permanent. You buy the game and get updates until the devs stop working on the game. Patreon doesn't even have any special bonuses anymore, aside from meaningless nothings like Echo sharing dev screenshots occasionally and the developers very rarely putting up a poll to pick things like which particular sex scene they'll give a character they're working on. As for the UE4 version? imo the Patreon exclusive cocks weren't even particularly special. If I remember correctly, Steam EA is more financially acceptable. You pay and you have 1 year of access. Since most Steam (major) builds are released once every 3 months (not always), you have 4x updates. After a year you have to renew it. With Patreon is about "supporting" the devs (yeah,grey area) ..you pay constantly, however you have more content, extras, more alpha builds, but you have to pay constantly..
That doesn't sound very positive..So at this point the only real Patreon benefit is more/early alpha builds?

Those builds can't be too different. Rip the content of the Patreon version and fit it into the Steam version? Or is it there, but locked? UE4 is quite mod friendly. But it probably doesn't make much sense and no one would want to deal with it.

Oh, better believe they iz waaay different. I played the UE5 one shortly after it dropped, downloaded it and played it for a week without much interruption earlier this year. And now the UE4 one, for about a week now. UE5 feels like a veeery condensed demo, while UE4 feels like a rather advanced playtest of an actual game. UE4 has loads more of mechanics, NPCs interactions, and the whole setting feels waaay more alive & vibrant than UE5.Theoretically.. How about "Steamtreon" build?
But UE4, which I have been playing non-stop for the past week or so, is admittedly also a helluva lot more buggy - like not saving clothing selection on close game, merchants not restocking properly, vessels not spawning thus locking you out of certain cosmetics (as in, even the very first fucking one was missing couple times - the one with the cute punkish haircuts for human form), etc etc....
I still do agree with your idea 110% though, a combo of UE4 build & UE5 build would be most awesome. If map was twice as big as in both the "demos", with twice the number of quests and maybe a few more sidequest POIs & random encounters - and twice the number of sex scenes (as in like, ~30 total, plus the ability from UE4 version to sex up random NPCs strolling around the map), AND most importantly, a player camp with some sort of harem thing going, be it caged slaves like the inquisitor lady or "companions with benefits" like Ahmes - it would already be a total blast

It's my one & only gripe with the sex in this game - why on frikkin earth would you go with such dumb-ass, useless and un-sexy camera angles, that show absolutely NOTHING of the action?!? Some instances (in both versions) it's really nice hardcore and shows everthing in awesome furry detail, but at other times iz almost like watching a softcore movie on late night public TV, where you get teased a lot with pretty bodies, but ultimately don't get to see no cuntz or dikz.

Well...that was actually one the first 3 games I ever downloaded on here or itch.io. And nothing really new since I started my "lewd game journey" (with DungeonKeepHer, Sapphire Safari and Carnal Instinct being the first three I tried) last year in november. So I would not call that any more "stable developement" than here on CI to be honest...no Toolbox, no Bounty quests, no Showdown quests with rival teams... a half year after I got it first, nothing of the promised feats I read about is implemented.
And then, I really like me some actual, physical violence in my games, NSFW or otherwise, so Sapphire Safari just really isn't my jam actually. Itz fun for an hour or so, but then I get the aggros and wanna beat up (or at least bravo-foxtrot) one of those dumb-ass foxes or cobras who fark my futa photo-girl up her arse all the time and delete my sweet A+ pics^^. Or one of the devs for the way they did the tutorial.
The one thing that really irks me though: Most animations are somehow borked as of the latest build, hands grabbing into nowhere or clipping into limbs, tits or belly...so no, until that gets a real visual overhaul and seriously expanded on, I ain't wasting time to even look at that game any more.
And another thing that irks me about it: It makes it seem like you can actually access Tundra and that other biome, but as it stands, thats just teasers for content-yet-to-be-implemented. And I wasted hours searching for how to get there, when I could've been taking photos, or playing another game more to my liking. All I'm saying is, a hint from the devs woulda been nice, since they overload the player with tutorial content already (often at tze most inopportune moments), it wouldn't have been too difficult to slip that in somewhere in some useless tut.

I was thinking of combining UE4 Steam-Patreon builds, not UE4-UE5, which is practically impossible. Moreover, the concept of the game has completely changed.
But otherwise I agree...mostly. I also liked UE4 builds, overall the atmosphere, music, lewd story, lewd everything but at the same time quite easy simple gameplay. The aesthetics were pleasant. It is clear that the developers are artists..unfortunately as programmers its much worse.

The map is already way too big in the UE5 version, and it's filled with stupid amounts of rocks and mountains, as if the devs didn't know how to utilize the available landmass.
Screw cutscenes! In my opinion, they are a thing of the past, as their sole purpose was to present a nice piece of CGI to give the player a break from ugly pixelated images and endless dialogues (in text-based games especially). Nowadays, you can have the same graphics quality in regular gameplay.
You know what would make a perfect game? Imagine a game environment in which you can freely choose the way you interact with any NPC (all of them have to be fuckable). Use mouse to aim for a certain body spot, click to act, and tap the shortcut keys to pick the action, such as: touch, grab, rub, pinch, pat, embrace, kiss, lick, suck, insert, thrust, and so on, in the same way you use combo attacks and special skills in action/RPG and fighting games, just with manual aiming. And the NPC would react accordingly, depending on their mood. Like, you start off by suddenly dickslapping someone right on the forehead, and end up being teabagged by a bunch of angry midgets!
Agreed to some degree. UE4 version is a bit boring like that in parts too, ways to and from quest objectives lead through vast stretches of basically empty space. And it ain't the only NSFW game I tried in recent months that suffers that same problem.
I also played a ton of Breeders of the Nephelym, and iz the same deal: Waltzing endlessly through empty space until you unlock teleporters, I can only assume devs do this kinda thing to either fill it up later, or to make their game seem grander than it actually is or needs to be; BotN could definitely make do with just half the size of a map.
And then there's the complete opposite, Wicked Island, which I also enjoyed a lot, but that map is just so stock-full of enemies, itz ridiculous - and you turn around after not even half a minute and the bloody beasties already re-spawned! But, when you walk around that map you always find something useful to collect, herbs, ore, fruit whatever.
So the time spent walking to get from A to B isn't a total waste, and the dev really managed to blend the resources in with the landscape. You see em when you search, but they don't jump out at you.
Iffen CI's UE4 version had a little more variety in enemies, little more fleshed out resource/crafting system & better lootz, and a couple spots with random encounters, as you got em in the old Fallout games for example, it would already be a lot more interesting.

Or better yet, like Sensual Adventures gallery scenes, maybe with some more interactive elements. Like change cosmetics or who's on top in a particular scene on-the-fly, while it's playing.
Call me old - but I am perfectly content just watching my 3D smut, I don't wanna have to click around dozens of times or mouse-tickle some animated girl for minutes until I see some squirt or cum on-screen.
For the "casual fornication" with all other "generic" NPCs, something like their "DSS-2" they implemented in the UE5 version (with the triangle instead of a circle), and I'd have a blast.
Just please, in any future CI sex gameplay or cutscene - gimme some better camera angles
