kinda? there's Mera (female dragonoid anthro) who has a romance sidequest unlocked after you complete troubles at ikenni villa, the sidequest winter winds has a female Feral dragon you sorta seduce near the end of the quest (only way you don't die if i understand the wiki correctly) and there's Samia (same species as mera) who you can impregnate in the waterlogged ruins west of the rampart lioness (near where you first wake up on the island) all 3 have sex options, all 3 are "dragons"

You have to progress with the story. After 1st boss fight you will be able to find a way to remove the mask and rest.

how is the situation with gay (m/m) content here now? haven touched this game in years and hopefully if someone shares a working save, i could give it another try ;-;
Straight up no sound. Not really sure what's going on. Sound is turned up. No problems with any other sound on my computer. Game also doesn't seem to let me choose where the sound is even coming from. It just gives an inaccessible "Default Profile" for sound profile. It just doesn't look like sound is coming out period.

The U4 version ran perfectly with a bit of subsample, but the U5 version does not pass the low setting test that my old laptop is

There are like zero femboys. Closest you can do is like make your character a flat chested futa or something but all the men in the game are big dudes. You can't make a male character look feminine at all. So if you like big men (not necessarily super big, but like above average strength and build) then you're in luck. Still, it seems a bit under-developed in that regard.

Yeah, this game is more CPU and GPU heavy than RAM, I run on I7-7700K, 32GB RAM and RTX 2070, run on high settings with DLSS on Quality (Without Frame Gen, because my GPU doesn't have support since it's series 20 and the minimum for Frame Gen it's series 30), sometimes drops to 40 fps, but still very playable. But in general the game has a poor optimization.
