Yes they did, added a couple. I got the Crossroads quest but if it's not done I can't find the meeting place.

if you wanna lament why they never finished the old one go play it, it's so good... first one got that slavery lore which is not cringe, it was mad talent whoever wrote merchant slavery thing i wanna buy the writer a cat, but yeah in this order, old build then new one, because otherwise you'd miss a lotta fun quests
if you skip the intro, you can customize a character to play as(I think). if you want to play the intro for like an hour or so then that's the mummy character. after the intro, you can customize a character

There are two you see and one only talked about. The two you see the changes are a lady left alone near a big statue and with this one guy who can get you pregnant. The talked about one is with a centaur if I remember correct she says that with centaurs they take a while to show any signs due to how big they are I could be wrong on that I'm waiting on getting a new laptop to play so I can't check.
