In Dhrakoq Port there's a dragon in a pit called "Sarratu". I took the key to its collar from the guard, but I can't free it. Is the quest not implemented?

They might refer to the feral Ice Dragoness that UE4 had.
And the answer is no, she's not in the new UE5 version. At least not yet. Whether they bring her back or not for UE5 is not 100% known atm (at least I haven't found any info on that).
p.s. Drake Matriarch is big, strong, unusual dominatrix with awesome voice acting. Personally I think she's a 10/10. Hope she has more content in the future.

Does it ring your bell?Download game from second link for win(ue5) and then game open and instantly close. I checked the system requirements and updated the drivers, but it still doesn't work. Are there any solutions?

This one has some hot spice in her relationship than others, aye. And I don't mind that she can easily break me in 2, only makes her respect to relationship between two of you more valuable.
Also that's literally a monster girl. Can't be more literal than that.
I see no negatives and ready to risk it for her buscuit.
p.s. the only negative that I see is that she's designed to be just a small quick side quest instead of a fully-fledged character with stories, adventures and so on. Which is a shame. Would've loved to have at least 1 unorthodox complex character, like her, to romance.

To approach her, you have to be male, with a human cock, and completed the Troubles at Ikenni Villa quest.

Were the requirements written somewhere? I usually see a red message in the dialog box indicating what wasn't met for an action. But in this case, after completing the quest, there's only the option to leave, and nothing else was written. Thanks for pointing out exactly what needs to be done. I was starting to think this hadn't been fixed, despite mentions in updates.
